Service charges for communal areas could be expensive due to previously contaminated land issues and restrictive covenants hidden within their ownership terms. Parking is a major problem as Persimmon Homes lease stipulates no parking on any of the roads.

Lots of issues with the new house, including damp and mould. Various extra options chosen and paid for, but not fitted. Very poor finish quality to the house. It's a shame as it's a nice development!

Blooming noisy with trains in your back garden and it's a main track so no let up. Probably OK for the hard of hearing

Staff here gave us conflicting information and didn't bother getting back to us when they said they would. We were told in the beginning "we don't have to try to sell you anything, there houses will sell anyway". Should have listened.

Don't buy from here ! On financial assessment I was lucky to find out these sites here in rhode and Charles church a sister company opposite are LEASE hold not free hold
No mention of this when Enquiries's where made !
Spoke with sales team no info on purchasing after the 2 year gap this is a well documented loop hole being exploited and is currently in parliament as you end up not being able to own or sell
