Viewed a property with this company a few days ago. A chap called Matt met me at short notice to show me around a house they have on the market. Unfortunately that particular house wasn’t for us, however very impressed with Matt and his knowledge of the house and area.

I work in the same industry and it’s nice to meet other agents that care about what they do too.

A superb service from start to finish. I can't thank Judy enough for her patience in dealing with the enquiries and providing excellent feedback after every viewing. Marcus's vast experience and industry knowledge came into its own in the last day of negotiations and easily covered the extremely reasonable fees.

Shocking customer service for what should be a reputable organisation. Staff extremely condescending and rude . Made us feel like second class citizens just for being tenants - no communication between the dreadful staff that work there and miscommunication to us as clients. My husband and I have never felt so looked down upon and they caused us and my family a great deal of agro, upset and wasted so much of outer time. In hindsight I should have rung citizens advice for giving false information. Lettings team in particular need extensive training on how to treat customers!!. As potential tenants let alone anything else do not touch this company with a barge pole!!!

My experience with Trish at Bartrums dates back 6 years, yet judging from the reviews on here, nothing has changed. I nearly withdrew from the purchase of the property I now own, because of her ridiculous behaviour during the negotiations. It took her nearly a month to organise the first viewing and her interference and unhelpful conduct throughout the purchasing process, just added to an already stressful situation. I’ve never encountered anything like it and I’m amazed she’s still trading quite honestly.

Excellent service with professionalism and courtesy thoughtful a successful rental agreement.

Personal circumstances meant a search for a rental property during lockdown.

Shouldn’t have worried as Trish was exemplary! Very patient and always at hand to answer questions with a moments notice.

Sarah dealt with the contracts etc and again was polite and courteous with email correspondence etc

I was so impressed with Bartram and Co that I’ve instructed them to be my sole agent for a house purchase in 6 months time.

Well done to you both and thank you once again.

Wanted to end a tenancy early and protect the house from a bad tenant but they refused to contact the landlord. Trish is useless and selfish and only thinks about herself. Having and extremely difficult situation and she tells me to think about her situation. You’re so willing to shed all responsibility. Useless agency even worse customer service and refuses to get things done.
