After having 2 years of hell letting my property through a cowboy estate agents (who’s name rhymes with Faarts) I was extremely wary of using another company to sell my property. Do not use - Customer Service in Lettings is despicable. Tori was lovely to deal with. Cannot say the same for the older female who answered the telephone in the office today - 9th November 2021. I now know the name of this person and Oh dear, just not professional at all. Constantly interrupting and out for an argument, did not listen to anything that was said to her. I was phoning on behalf of a relative who was very ill at the time and needed help. Had phoned initially to get my relative registered with the agency, as he was not in a good place to do it himself. I was told the person should be doing the leg work themselves! Absolutely shocked at that response. Rude and very difficult behaviour. I just do not understand how they manage to keep the business going with the amount of people one or two of them have upset with their totally unacceptable behaviour. If customers or customers to be actually read your responses to criticism, they should be shocked at how you deal with and speak to people.... Read more

He was very patient and kept us in the loop throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again. The worst agency ever . I tried to arrange viewing , instead I had to wait for several days just to get email from agency with viewing date . When I did not receive it I called again to chase it up and they, in a very rude manor said I will just have to wait and I will get a chance to view the property ! You would think they would deal with enquiry a bit quicker as potentially they are loosing sale for their client ( who pays fees to deal with “reputable “ agency ) Then my partner called and got told straight away in a very polite manor that the deposit has been paid for this house and they will get in touch if it doesn’t go through. As my partner is English I was quite shocked to realise how rude they have been on the phone with me and that they have provided misleading information so I decided to call again . They were very rude and blunt and said I will have to wait for someone to email me . I explained I have not received email for several days now and that my partner called 5 mins ago and was told that the house got deposit paid already by someone else . Then the agent said he doesn’t know anything and hung up the phone . How can u treat potential customer like this ? Why would you provide misleading information ? And why would you loose a sale for your client when I wanted to view the house straight away ? Why would I get completely different treatment then someone who’s English ? Disgusting agency !!!... I found the estate agent rude and he called me "charming" in a sarcastic way when I expressed surprise that I was expected to like a poky little house with narrow steep stairs and a wonky banister. The cat in situ was the final straw. I asked who had settled upon the price and he replied that it was none of my concern.
