My experience with Paige and Petrook has been horrible and disappointing. From the beginning, there were issues with basic maintenance tasks like grass cutting, which they claimed wasn't their responsibility before move-in. The delay in returning our deposit added to the frustration. Moreover, their house maintenance team's inefficiency prolonged the resolution of problems. Overall, their lack of assistance and slow response to issues have left me dissatisfied with their service. It's frustrating that despite the gas meter being outside the property and flooding, they're still insisting that I clear the water from the meter box. The way they installed it outside the property makes it unreasonable to blame me. Their slow response times only exacerbate the situation. Will never ever deal with them in the future.... Read more

I have been associated with P&P for 24 years. In this time they have advised and guided me, for example with internal layouts, white goods and decorating. They process all applicants dilligently, and if there are any queries with the references they advise me. Very unprofessional, tried to deduct excessive charges on our deposit. The house was spotless but went there way out to try and find dust on the walls?! Obviously has no pictures to prove that… And also wanted to charge us for bins that were left before we moved in but completely ignored the fact we cleaned the whole garden off rubbish left from previous tenants… absolute scammers!…...
