We have had a really bad experience with Gibbs Gillespie Pinner on what should have been a very exciting period for us purchasing our first property. We had numerous occasions where we were told that they would be returning our call but never did and we had to again and again chase.
Had this been the only issue I would have accepted it however when we did get through or get a phone call returned the agents were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. Lauren, Danny and Ellie never returned any calls.
The only person who was willing to help and was always respectful and polite was Thomas who would return our calls and help us as much as he could.
Even when the funds were transferred and the sale complete, when I queried when I could pick up my keys as confirmed by my solicitors, they simply stated that I could not pick them up yet. I then had to go back to my solicitors who contacted the sellers solicitors who were more helpful and confirmed I could collect my keys from them.
They made the process more difficult for me and given they were making such a large commission, it is not an agent I would recommend and I will ever use

I sold my first home and used the team at Gibbs Pinner and from there mannerisms to the professional attitude they had I couldn’t have gone better,
Danny was very polite and great to deal with made the whole process very pleasant from getting it on the market to sale agreed, once sale agreed the after care treatment of Irene was brilliant she really made the whole conveyancing process a lot easier and was great to deal with, my solicitor was great but really think she made it a lot easier due to buyers solicitor being quite difficult to work with, without her I think it would have been harder, her communication to work ethic was great she really brought it together and made it go trouble free with getting it to then sold

They are very unreliable and not professional at all! We put down an offer for a property within their EA, and in the middle of our negotiation, out of the sudden the staff who was dealing with that specific property, ghosted us, and never takes our calls!
It has been like two weeks that we are waiting for that staff's call back to get the outcome of our offer! Whenever we call the office and ask for them to follow up about our offer, their colleague are telling us, he is on another line and will call you back! But he never called back! We contacted them at least 6 times during two weeks to speak with that person regarding the property we were interested to buy, but they never called us back!
We found it very rude and nonprofessional of them!
I saw another review here that one person mentioned, they are avoiding their calls as soon as they see their number, which is more or less similar to our scenario, with a big different that we were in the middle of negotiations!!!

Horrible behaviour from this agency and these people. I was 30 mins late for my viewing, had emailed in advance, didn’t get any reply from them. I was told that there are back to back viewings for the day and there is only one slot available so I assumed that the agent is busy. I drove 1.5 hours to be there, once at the door, no one was there, no one was picking the call at their office either. Someone picked once and disconnected immediately. I used my partner’s phone to call, they picked up in one go. When I spoke to the person on call and told her all this, she was literally screaming at me for being late and for not informing via call. These people are rude and have very well managed to destroy my mood and my day. Never getting in touch with them again.

He went above and beyond for us, he went to the property we were interested in a few times to answer any questions and provide us with videos as we were not able to visit in person.
He contacted us at every stage and ensured we were satisfied with everything. He was available any time we needed him or had any questions for him. He even went back got the property to check for parking, which was really helpful.
I would definitely recommend using this estate agent and will do so myself if and when needed.

Danny was incredibly helpful and effective in helping us get the house over the line. There were four parties in the chain and for various reasons there were multiple unexpected delays. It was a particularly difficult time for us as we took the decision to become chain free in order to speed up the process and on top of that my wife was pregnant. Through the entire process Danny worked tirelessly, professionally and always diligently. He would always get back to us, even well after "working hours" with our many queries and was always really friendly, calm and pleasant to talk with.

Paul and his colleagues have done a supurb job selling our house, from start to finish always polite a curtious and understanding specially when i have a young family. They also gave us a very good rate going solo agent with them, they managed to secure a few good offers but unfortunately we didnt manage to sell only due to my changing circumstances which they were again very understanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in pinner!!

Excellent service from Danny and Adam in lettings. They sorted all little and large issues we faced with the tenants with professionalism and kept us informed all the way. However, did not feel that Gibbs were acting on our behalf when resolving the issue re deposit with previous tenants who had clearly broken the contract.

No fault of the Gibbs team at all but our process was extremely drawn out and complicated with a lot of pressure from the above chain landing firmly on George Callaghan (Sales & Marketing Manager - Pinner). This meant a lot of delicate people management was required in a very heightened state of anxiousness. George showed exceptional patience remaining focused on the end goal rather than getting muddled over the immediate noise that was happening on a daily basis. He also had the strength of character to tell people what they did not want to hear (whilst managing that situation positively) rather than appease them only to create trust issues further down the line. Whilst all this was happening he also managed to break his ankle (quite dramatically) and still get the process over the line.
