David Charles were recommended to me by a friend and we have recently completed on a sale. Warren and the team have been excellent and kept us informed throughout the process. When a potential sale fell through they arranged another series of viewings very quickly and soon after that an offer was accepted.

We bought a property recently in Pinner using David Charles. Hiran and Warren have been amazing in getting the deal done especially after the issues reported with L3 survey. They have also been very kind in arranging multiple visits to the property before the completion. This allowed us to show the property to multiple builders and get the refurb work started immediately after receiving the keys. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service and communication. Property sold within 2 months of listing and completion within 3 months of sale. Simeon kept us informed all through the process and responded quickly to any queries. The whole process was much less painful than anticipated.
