We hired accommodation from this company at Radyr Place. The accommodation was ok - generally comfortable. However bed collapsed on our friends - this was previously reported in review in August 17 (we stayed in December 17). Still not had our deposit of £150 back........ Read more

Unfortunately it's a 1 star review from me. I called in to ask about any locally properties. I was told to look on right move. I didn't get asked for my details, the gentleman genuinely seemed very uninterested in helping me. I felt like I'd just disturbed someone in their home, I might of had more luck if I had knocked someone's front door!... Read more

Terrible experience with this company. My student son arranged a viewing for a flat in treforest 2 weeks before the viewing date. On the website was a clean attractive 3 bed flat. When we went there the agent told him the flat had gone 1 week earlier and proceeded to show him a 2 bed flat in the same premises. Which he didn't like and said it was not the flat advertised. Total waste of time and money spent. I later rang the agent to complain and ask for compensation for my son spending £20 on petrol. He totally refused and said there was nothing he would do to compensate. Hardly a reputable company ripping off financially challenged students. It is in the hands of my solicitors, and trading standards authority... Read more
