Extremely poor management of tenants- oblivious to damage caused to others property and outright rude in any dealings with them; do not let your family rent with them

Our student house for our third year at Reading Uni was let by Paris Dillon Residential and we had a great experience during our tenancy. Mingta has great customer service and responds quickly to resolve issues.

Very Poor Agency. The stuff doesn't know how to speak with the people. And if they have to return you any money they will definitely are late.
Specifically Mingta Gurung the word for her is that she is very rough person and the funny things is that she is the manager.
