avoid if you can!! had a truly bad experience. the listing promised desk chairs and desks in all rooms, they did not have them. moved in to the kitchen rotting, dirty walls, broken furniture in all rooms that they clearly did not care to fix prior to our move. they clearly pocketed the previous tenants deposit money without spending anything to sort the house prior to our move. this was shown by the fact that when we deep cleaned the house before leaving, a drawer i left completely empty all year was black with dirt when wiped. i am now in a house let by adams estates and they are fast to fix any problems and much kinder and more considerate to students.

the service was nothing less than exceptional. I have no words to describe how much cintra estates have helped us, we went in with what we wanted during the upmost peak of student rush and still managed to leave with what we desired for. Full respect to Cintra and their team, wonderful lads.

Walked into the Cintra Estates office today looking for a house for me and my flat mates, as soon as I asked about the houses available the associates at Cintra were very welcoming and found us the perfect house and we even had a viewing within the same hour! Everyone at the Cintra office was very informative as, being a student we are all relatively new to the property market, but the associates at Cintra were very helpful! Highly recommend ????

The least professional office staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. You can't expect much intelligence from estate agents, they're doing the job because they have no other marketable skills but at the bare minimum you expect them to understand words like "confirmation". Avoid like the plague.
