The worst estate agents there is. Out of the 100 things wrong with the property whilst we were there for a year, only about two actually got fixed, only to break again as they were not fixed properly. Not only do they ignore emails but if you ring them, they claim that either they are waiting to hear from the landlord or give you false promises. Several times staff turned up unannounced and tried to enter the property without our permission and several times we were told (not asked!) that in less than 24 hours someone would be attending our property and if we were not there we would be charged a call out fee. As other reviews have said, Adams are exploitative and do not care as long as they are getting their money.

I've had to chase the agent over and over again to book viewing and every time they tell me that their letting agents are busy and will get back to me, however they don't. I do not recommend using them. Horrible customer service!!

When you go in they ask you to give them a rating on Google, in return for a free personal pizza from domino's next door. Their rating is much higher than it should be, their tenancy agreements are confusing, they don't even comply to their own terms and conditions. If you rent from them you are expected to do everything in the house and property, this is from providing all kitchen appliances to providing equipment to maintain the garden and then maintain the garden. They are the second worst estate agents in reading after cintra. They have no redeeming features. Hands down one of the worst estate agents in reading

We loved having Adams as our agent to find a tenant. The entire experience was super smooth. They found us a tenant so fast that we were honestly shocked that it was done so soon.
During the contract we requested quite a few changes as we needed special agreement about the heating bills but Sonia helped us with the changes with great patience. Contracts were effortlessly exchanged electronically via docusign while we were overseas.
We were charged exactly the fees we were quoted and in our case it was most competitive quote as I took quotes from quite a few agents.
I would highly recommend Adams to anyone looking for an estate agent !
