I Parry
Once they had my deposit and I’d moved in I contacted Pendley with some problems, but was ignored.
It took 6 weeks and 5 emails And an in-person visit to the office just to get a response. When they did finally respond I was told my emails went to junk, even though they managed to receive emails from me before I moved in, when they wanted the deposit to be paid.
It took 3 months to rectify the issues; exposed electrical wiring, and provision of a parking permit.
UPDATE - amended review to reflect some improvement since writing this original review. My deposit was returned promptly after I ensured to complete all checklists and provide all utility bill statements on moving out. Advice to current/future tenants would be to ensure you are organised - keep records of conversations and agree dates/deadlines with Pendley.... Read more

I have tried to get a reply from them, and they have ignored me, so I am using the only tool left - I am putting reviews wherever I can.... Read more

Very intrusive people. You rent the place from them and they will be visiting you every few months, poking their nose around, walking around in their shoes, poking their nose into all your bedrooms! I find it unacceptable! But to deal with any issues - they have no interest to do that, they tell you to contact the landlord! If you lend them the key for some repair, instead of giving it back they keep it and then they claim they have the right to visit your house when you're not there because they were given a spare key! These people will only intrude on your privacy! Traumatising experience!... Read more
