We met Emefa for a house viewing and she was very personable and understood our needs. Her communication has been great as we have been going through the process. Keep up the good work.
Unfortunately the house we put down an offer for has fallen through but we felt there was no empathy for the situation from Emefa and therefore will most likely not be going with the agency again.
Whilst we appreciate things happen we expected a little care in our case but i guess for estate agents its a simple case of whether they will receive there commission or not.

Ive always been really impressed with HAART and the quality of service, im just in the early stages of selling my house after massive delays and Natalie Lewis has been really attentive and what impressed me the most was that even after 18 months of delays she still remembered me and remembered to check in.
