We worked with nearly all of the residence sales team at one time or another but the two we mainly dealt with were Corron and Ollie - both have gone the extra mile, making viewings easier, keeping us informed every step of way. They have been friendly, approachable and helpful. Have no hesitation in giving 5* review. Highly recommend

Wasn't the most straight-forward transaction, but Jenny and Rebecca supported us from start to finish, and provided an excellent service. They helped us resolve the many and various issues that arose with endless good humour and patience.

24th Sep 2023 (11 mo. ago)I dealt with Angela and she went out of her way to assist me regarding a property I was interested in. She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.
3rd Sep 2024 (9 days ago)Rental properties department never reply queries, I had to fill a form to book a view that got the question “ are you British” even I am, I don’t think should be a relevant question as people should not choose who can view a property by their citizenship I’ve submitted more than 10 queries for different properties and I never received any email or call back to offer any property . I have a permanent job, a good income , and and excellent credit score I’ve called them this morning and a “Mr” asked questions like: do you need to give notice in your actual property . I said NO, and I can move soon .Even thought he continuous insisting and interrogating why ? If a said “no notice” that means NO. Is it because I don’t have a British accent ? Do I need to tell that I’m divorcing, that I can leave and why I can leave ? That’s difficult to understand why people don’t focus on make more business , reply to customers offering similar properties, reply to emails and, instead , losing time with inappropriate questions. So many nice state agencies that I don bother anymore to find a property with Rickmansworth Gibbs
23rd Aug 2024 (20 days ago)Our recent house sale was handled by Joseph Masterson at Haart, With Em Supporting. We were new to selling houses and have felt both confident and supported during the process, Which lets face it, is pretty stressful. Advise and availability were key and they have this in spades. The house sold quickly and the process of moving is ongoing as I write this. But so far so good. Would recommend highly. Thanks Abbots Office :)

Turns out I should have gone to Oakleys in the first place as the level of service, engagement and professionalism was a cut above the others... and of course they sold the property in good time and at an excellent price. So thanks to all the lovely team and I thoroughly recommend them!

If we had any queries, however small, they were more than happy to help. They always provided a very humane touch to everything, and always made us feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the future, as they are very dedicated and professional.

Would highly recommend!

One Kings Court, 153/155 High Street, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 2ER(86 reviews)20th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)Rolston's team have been great selling my first home and I would recommend them to anyone, including Shared Ownership sellers (you would be surprised at the level of incompetence with Shared Ownership from other estate agents I shall not name). In a nutshell - excellent marketing, great transparency and communication from the beginning, nice people. I had support primarily from Scott during the sale and Stephen during the marketing phase - selling shared ownership in a chain isn't easy but they made a stressful and otherwise painful process feel as easy as can be! Scott had excellent communication and is a genuinely great person. I haven't a single criticism. Only note for improvement - they are primarily a phone company, which just isn't my style. Personal preference but would've appreciated emails instead of phone calls; they didn't adapt to my preference. Overall the whole experience was such a breath of fresh air after my first attempt at selling shared ownership with a (cheaper) national well-known company which was so bad, I had to beg their regional director to terminate my contract. Do not doubt it and go for a cheaper agency - you get what you pay for, as I painfully learned... Highly recommend Rolston's. Peace of mind and a successful sale enabling me to move on with my life = priceless.
