Definitely recommend Proffitt & Holt in Kings Langley. All the team are excellent; especially Sian, Angela and Sarah. They understand the market and offer great advice in either selling or renting a property.

They are misleading sellers by stating that they are twice as likely to sell your house than David Doyle Connells Purple Bricks Castles Brown & Mary .
This they are stating on their leaflet which they are distributing in Hemel Hempstead.
If you look up the statistics you will see that they are not the best selling estate agents in Hemel Hempstead so how can they state such nonsense.
Once a liar always a liar so can’t be trusted.

really nasty people, rented with my young daughter for a 2 bed property, within 30 days I noticed the neighbour was acting funny. turned out he had an ongoing issue and was constantly harassing my daughter and I. complained within the 30days and the landlord and agent tried everything to legally scare me in staying, and It got so bad I refused. Feel bullied, manipulated and lied to through the whole tenancy.
Required help from council for a deposit who contacted the last place I lived, Russel. C decided to add insult to injury stating that I was in all these so-called arrears which was untrue as I had been running 1 and a half month in hand throughout my tenancy. Nasty lying crook people, and clearly trying to mislead someone into renting a property knowing what issues are there. Tried to play on the fact that I was a female on my own with my young daughter.
Found out in the end that the weirdo neighbour had a gate that was connected from his back garden to mine which freaked me out even more, this was not in the inventory and was left open the day I was leaving the property. (I could only assume to surprise me that it was there all along)
I was also charged a large amount for cleaning, although there were areas like the back bedroom that had very old carpets and were already dirty. I was also charged for a garden clear up, when I moved into the property the garden was a wreck and I had no choice but to clean this myself.
Never recommend this company to anyone
