Penny Kenton became my letting agent on the 14th February 2014. I stayed at the property until 28th February 2019. In that time Penny Kenton were amazing. By that I mean always helpful, responded to all queries rapidly. Each tenancy renewal was smooth and I only had one price increase in 5 years. Each case is individual but in mine I could not have been happier with their services. They really provide a 5 star service. I highly recommend them.... Read more

I was a recently a tenant and my dealings with the staff at Penny Kenton has always been excellent. Any problems with the flat were dealt with efficiently and quickly. They are one of the better letting agents around and their agency fees are fair and reasonable. We were moving overseas and in December 2017 and were looking to rent out our flat over a tight deadline. We reached out to a number of agencies, including Peter at Penny Kenton. We were happy to find that Peter of Penny and Kenton and his team found us a good tenant quickly. Even before finding the tenant we thought that Peter and his office always introduced good prospective tenants. We are happy with the service Penny and Kenton offer to us. The moment my husband and I saw the pictures of our place online, we knew it was the place we wanted to move to. It took ages for the tenants to get back to Penny Kenton about us being able to view the place, but Charlene was so persistent and kept following up with me regarding where they were at in the process of everything. Because she knew how much we wanted to see the place and potentially be the next tenants, she made sure that we were the first people she contacted when she was finally able to get in touch with the tenants. The process from that point onward was so smooth! Penny Kenton helped us set up a time to meet the landlords prior to signing our tenancy agreement; they sent all paperwork via email which was not only convenient, but also reduced unnecessary paper wastage; they were flexible with our move in date as we were out of town when we should have been able to pick up the keys; they even checked in with us on our move in day to make sure everything went well and that everything in our new place was working well. They truly are an excellent agency to go with! Will definitely look to rent through them in the future if we ever need to move to a new place. Highly recommend!... Read more
