Penny Kenton became my letting agent on the 14th February 2014. I stayed at the property until 28th February 2019. In that time Penny Kenton were amazing. By that I mean always helpful, responded to all queries rapidly. Each tenancy renewal was smooth and I only had one price increase in 5 years. Each case is individual but in mine I could not have been happier with their services. They really provide a 5 star service. I highly recommend them.... Read more

I was a recently a tenant and my dealings with the staff at Penny Kenton has always been excellent. Any problems with the flat were dealt with efficiently and quickly. They are one of the better letting agents around and their agency fees are fair and reasonable. I have had no problems with Penny Kenton and I would definitely recommend them if you are planning on renting in the area.... Read more
