Horrible agency! Stay away especially from Terri!
She bombarded me with emails to arrange and then to confirm a viewing (I got 5 emails in a 24hrs slot), called me to insist where I was 5 mins before the viewing appointment and never did she mention she won't let me view the property unless I wear a mask, which I don't as I am exempt, let alone that masks have not been mandatory for a month in UK. Horrible experience - that woman made me travel 1 hr only to waist my time, I would never consider renting from them.
