Working with Barnard Marcus has been stress-free and incredibly straight forward, managing to make what should have been a stressful move easier, faster and far less complicated than I expected. Shivendra Ji - Thank you very much for your support during the mortgage application process. You really have in-depth knowledge of finance. To be honest , initially we thought you were taking a lot of time (we weren't prepared for that much time just before the lockdown) but in hindsight, now we feel that you did the right thing with the application process. You answered all our silly questions ( i am really a painfully curious/inquisitive person and ask a lot of questions no matter what) patiently regarding the mortgage. A big thank you to you for all your support and help for making this happen. You have also been an oasis of humorous relief when I have found myself in a stressful situation.

Really bad experience. Dream home was compromised due to their lack of transparency and unresponsiveness. We had to chase them up constantly. It felt like we were begging for a property. Waste of time and extremely disappointed.
