Amazing service . Mark was the first contact , I liked the honest description and the marketing video he made of my property , and also the feedback he or one of the other staff members gave after every viewing .
Helen was really efficient with the way she handled the negotiations. And always contactable . The whole team have worked really hard to secure a sale and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bond Oxborough to anyone who is thinking about selling their property .

Sarah and her team operate a truly professional service. I have had the pleasure of helping to co ordinate a major renovation to a cottage in Torrington.
She employed some excellent tradespeople, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Always at the end of the phone, with her positive, "can do" attitude. The cottage was rented in a matter of days, after a 3 month project.
I would highly recommend Sarah and her team if you are looking to rent out property in the Torrington area.

Will never use them again after being made several promises regarding the purchase of a property they then sold it without giving us opertunity to clarify our position which 2 of the staff had promised to do. , leading to considerable family upset. Very, very poor.

The team at Torrington were fantastic from start to finish. Unlike many estate agents we have dealt with they were not just great at getting the sale but the support afterwards with the often stressful process of getting from offer to completion was excellent - better than any other estate agent we have dealt with. Olly was brilliant in selling the property twice and once we had the sale Helen was tireless in liaising between all parties - solicitors, other agents, the buyer - to check what was happening and get things moving when necessary. Everyone was great in terms of getting back to us, giving useful advice, being supportive. They went the extra mile. We can highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased a house through the Torrington branch and it has been one of the best experiences we have had with an estate agent. Howard Bowles arranged and showed me round the property at short notice, answered all my questions and even took me on a quick tour around the village! Howard's professional, flexible and accommodating attitude is a real asset for BOP. Mark, Helen and Leyton at the Torrington branch were also superb, prompt communication , what more can you ask for!

Mt wife and I recently purchased a house through the Torrington office of BOP. Our point of contact was Helen Bunn. Throughout the whole process Helen was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Our telephone enquiries were always dealt with promptly. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always on hand to give sound advice on how to move the process forward. All of this during the pandemic which undoubtedly made things more difficult. We cannot praise her efforts enough. We had many different issues along the way but Helen was always calming and reassuring. Thank you Helen.

Decided to sell our home through B.O.P. Bought our home through the same agent five years ago and pleased to say the level of professional service is at an even higher standard than ever.
Howard Bowles took care of the marketing and viewing process, and the other members of the team were equally helpful whenever we called the office. Our home sold within four days of being on the market..!!
A first class "no pressure" approach from all involved, particularly when we needed to withdraw our home from the market for personal reasons.
We have no reservation in recommending B.O.P. as the leading company for property sales in North Devon, and will definitely be using them again in future.

On Friday 16/10/2020 Howard gave us a sensible valuation on our property. We were seriously impressed by his professionalism, enthusiasm and his knowledge about the local area. Howard gave us a realistic valuation and although we had arranged for another estate agent valuation we instructed him to act on our behalf there and then.
Photographs were taken a walk through video of the property was on ‘ You Tube ‘ within a couple of hours. Saturday morning we received draught particulars and today Monday our property will be going live !
Now that’s what you call exceptional service !!
