They discriminate against people on low income or benefits, by having an unrealistic income threshold, thereby making it impossible for those on benefits or a low income to be able to rent a property.

As we didn't live in the area or house that was sold the staff were very helpful & considerate. Sorted out any problems asap. They kept us well informed. Even better through their efforts the house didn't hang around on the market for long. Would give them 10/10 for doing their job unlike some other agents. Cannot recommended Bond Oxborough Torrington office enough. We had several estate agents come out to value our property - Billy from Bond Oxborough being one of them, and he certainly shone above the rest so we knew we were making the right move when we chose Bond Oxborough. How right we were - Billy was absolutely fantastic at marketing and selling our property. He was honest and approachable from day one, and has such a good energy about him. He was always at the other end of the phone to help with the many questions I had (sorry Billy haha) and made everything so easy for us! Once we’d sold, Helen then became our point of contact and she was amazing! Helen chased our solicitors for us, and continuously put in 100% effort to ensure we were kept in the loop, and that everything went through quickly and smoothly. Helen explained everything to me in an understandable way, and kept me sane in what could have been a stressful time!
Several times I rang the office and spoke to Leyton and Matt also, who were extremely helpful and friendly.
I can’t praise them all enough, but I’ll just end this by saying - there are many Estate Agents out there that will sell you a dream to get your business and then disappoint you when they can’t give you what they promise. Bond Oxborough will be honest with you from day one and then deliver - that is the dream you want, especially in the most stressful time of buying and/or selling a house.

Sarah and her team operate a truly professional service. I have had the pleasure of helping to co ordinate a major renovation to a cottage in Torrington.

On Friday 16/10/2020 Howard gave us a sensible valuation on our property. We were seriously impressed by his professionalism, enthusiasm and his knowledge about the local area. Howard gave us a realistic valuation and although we had arranged for another estate agent valuation we instructed him to act on our behalf there and then.
Photographs were taken a walk through video of the property was on ‘ You Tube ‘ within a couple of hours. Saturday morning we received draught particulars and today Monday our property will be going live !
