Cannot fault Stags from the moment of putting the property on the market to completion.
We were kept informed every step of the way from viewings to offers and were always given good advice.
Stags were willing to go the extra mile by checking on the property as we live some hours away and they even did the final meter readings for us - most appreciated!
The staff were always welcoming whether in person or over the phone and we would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service 5* - it took 3 years to find and nearly 100 viewings but we got there with the help of Stags in Bideford. Archie was superb, attentive, helpful and approachable. The other staff always knew what was going on and even James the surveyor was super helpful. A really pleasant estate agent experience.

We had a faultless experience when buying our latest property with Stags in Bideford. Sam and Archie were both very attentive and provided us with regular updates when required. Enquired about a property I was interested in, a gentleman from the office ensured me that he would phone me back to clarify some questions and nobody has bothered (twice). Can't give you anything other than 1* unfortunately.
Edit: Thank you for your reply and stating that because you are really busy (hopefully that statement helps boost your business as I can't see any other reason for writing it) nobody has replied to the enquiries. I can't understand (even though you are extremely busy) why straightforward enquiries would take over a week to reply to. In any case when (or if) anyone gets back to me I will delete this review and change it to 5*.

We have been truly impressed by the service we have received at Stags Bideford, in particular one member of staff, Sophie. Throughout a somewhat challenging process due to chain complications, she has remained incredibly professional, timely, responsive and very personable. Excellent service from Luke, Victoria and Sophie throughout the whole sales process. Always pleasant and polite to talk to, they dealt with all our queries quickly and efficiently. A really professional service and based on our experience I would recommend them to anyone. The biggest plus of all is that Luke valued our property considerably higher than several other agents and we achieved that figure!

Expert and professional service from all staff at Stags Estate Agency in Bideford, that is Luke, Victoria and Sophie
Our property was sold in the first two days of it being marketed by Stags Bideford.
All queries and calls were answered at once and we found all staff to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of the selling and buying processes and all staff had a friendly and approachable manner.
