Phoenix is an independent residential sales estate agency based in Sutton Bridge. Covering the local catchment area extending into Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire & Norfolk. We launched February 2010, but our Director Jane & Manager Jaimie have worked together locally in estate agency since 1999 – so benefit from a wealth of experience & past customer recommendation. They are supported by our fantastic team of local, experienced & qualified staff. 2022 British Property Awards winners in Holbeach.

Disappointment. As a buyer Phoenix doesn't care about you, they won't give you any information that you ask for saying they are unable to but when their seller wants to know what's going on they will harass you to the point of being rude. We was told the seller wanted no communication with us and we were left in the dark for weeks when sharing doubts that we didn't want the house due to communication, Phoenix became interactive with us again. When paper work was held up, Phoenix blamed the other parties.(we spoke to the house owner in the end because we got tired) every step was a stressful time we wish that the house was listed by another agent, nothing was made easy.

I am a fellow agent and have recently been involved in a chain and dealt with the manager, Jaimie, throughout. She is incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly. We worked effortlessly together to help a number of clients facilitate their move. It made for great teamwork, it would be great if all agents worked together this well. It was a pleasure and I hope to have more chains with Jaimie in the future - would certainly reccomend this agent without a doubt :) x

Have used this estate agent as a purchaser not seller. Jaime very professional always able to answer questions and made weekly phone calls to update me on progress on my sale (although not my agent for my sale) and purchaser. Would recommend

Didn't generate enough leads and the quality of the leads they did provide were not really good matches. It takes a long time to get ready and prepare your property properly for a viewing so it is very demoralising when in the 1st minute of a visit you have been sent someone not really suitable.

From start to finish the staff of Phoenix went above and beyond to ensure that the service provided was second to none. Constant updates and suggestions meant that the house was always in condition to be viewed, and once sold they kept us up to date with all developments, pushing when necessary. All in all a very positive experience.

I bought by current property with Phoenix and found that Jaimie and Chloe were so helpful all the way. Jaimie has an understanding of the property market which is invaluable and clearly based on years of experience. She is communicative throughout the whole process and without her help and support I would have found the move very stressful. Jaimie makes it her business to establish contacts in a chain which proved vital. I would thoroughly recommend Phoenix at Sutton Bridge to buy or sell with professionalism and expertise!

I cannot describe how thankful I am to you Ladies. As a first time buyer I had no clue about procedures, ect. But Jaime did everything to help me get through it, she even dealt for me with my rubbish solicitor! ????????Very approachable and very responsive. Always on the case, passionate about her job.
She didn't let me give up even when I lost my hopes for getting the house I wanted.
Fab and caring.
