We have rented from this company and we have used them to deal with properties we rented out. From a tenant point of view and a landlord point of view , I believe they are the best around. Any maintenance was dealt with straightaway and deducted from monthly rent by agreement. The girls on the front desk are always polite and professional “Jess” in particular. I will use them again and always recommend my friends who have property to rent out.... Read more

I was a tenant with this agency and experienced a very bad time. I was an excellent tenant and always paid promptly. No problems with the landlord themselves, but just the agency. I suspect the landlord i think was sad to see me go, but I felt I had no choice due to this agency. Very unfortunate.... Read more

What a terrible experience. We have been good tenants paying on time and have kept the property immaculate. Sadly for our landlord, thus agency has badly let them down, and as a result we have had no choice but to move out. Steff the owner is a bully, and an obnoxious and grotesque character. Smashed window upon moving in, a window downstairs never fixed since moving in, as I required some reasonable notice by law for a contractor to come, which they couldn't give. Steff accused me of not wanting it fixed?! Ellie and Joanne are false and couldn't care less. Nails in the carpets causing our kids blood on their feet. Insulting carpet contractor who called me paranoid for asking him back as he purposely omitted a room from fixing. No warning given at any time for people coming to address issues. Steff came to our house and claimed I was looking for a fight because of many, many issues, even my husband was there and Steff said it to him! Wasn't interested to talk with me in person when I said I wanted to talk about the issues. No electricity certificate and told that nothing blew and nobody died so it's ok, that was by the owner, Steff. This is appallingly dangerous, do not rent with them please. Extremely angry and will be taking things further now I have left, and can gather what evidence I have together. Landlords beware as we were truly excellent tenants and didn't put a foot wrong. Do not be frightened by bullies. Let's see if our deposit is returned. Update to follow perhaps....... Read more

What a terrible experience. Landlords beware as we were excellent, respectable tenants who paid on time and didn't cause an inch of damage. Steff the owner is a bully. They turn up unannounced, leave screws sticking up in carpets, leave windows smashed and others broken and not fixed. No electricity certificate by law. Ignored in the agency and told to leave if not happy. Obscene behaviour by contractors who insult you in your own property if they have to re-do a job. Rubbish left for tenants in all three bins. Poor decorating and refurbishment. Boiler not working. Ellie and Joanne were vacant, passive-aggressive, unprofessional and strident telephone answerers. Never go with Pillar Box as they will not look after good tenants which are hard to find.... Read more

Possibly the most useless estate agents out there. They will claim they are doing things when they are doing nothing, they can't even carry out a basic inventory or inspection! There are much better agents just round the corner. Landlords and tenants stay away from this place and use another estate agents, don't give them any of your money.
