Couldn't run a bath and that's putting it mildly. I live above a shop have done for nearly 10 years now. In 2021 the shop got let out that shop now is a brothel only men go in there but its disguised as a "spa" ladies live in the shop which I've proven and they still do now. I've been dealing with the owner of this company (rory and mack) 2 weeks ago I made the same complaints again to which he tried to gaslight and manipulate me by saying well I will have to tell them who's made the complaint (scare tactic) unfortunately for Stephen I dont scare easily. And I've been told I've had a complaint made against me over noise which is an absolute joke in 10 years not one complaint because im not the one banging doors in the middle of the night the fact I cant have a bath in peace is ridiculous. Rory and mack took over my flat back in 2021 I was expected to pay them no contract was written up etc...... I refused to pay them and paid my landlady directly and you call yourself proffessional! When rory and mack did take over my flat for a while they sent 3 boiler men to try and fix my boiler I ended up paying my regular boiler man he had the boiler fixed in 20mins. So would I recommend rory and mack ABSOLUTELY NOT! Photo attached 15/4/23 at 21.13pm Further evidence is now being collected after purchasing a security camera several "clients" I.e men have been seen leaving the premises aswell as certain ladies who dont leave the shop at night so good luck trying explain the evidence away to the police. Funny washing for a "SPA" but they dont live there???? UPDATE FOR ANYONE INTERESTED. My landlady is now trying to get me kicked out of my flat for reporting said brothel so clearly someones getting backhanders as another person as said in another review on here. What there unaware of is the police have been watching them for quite a few months now ooops lol. Oh this ones for you gillet 6/12/23 7.30pm woman arrives with suitcase but they dont live in the shop???? Merry Christmas ????... Read more

I just completed the sales of one of my commercial properties using Rory Mack. Their agency fee was reasonable. Martin from Rory Mack was easily reachable by phone most of time, and replied to my emails the same day or the next day. There were some delays due to Covid and short staff at their office. But in general I am happy with the services provided by Rory Mack, and will not hesitate to recommend them.... Read more

They had the property for 2 years and couldn't let it out, the very moment I find my own tenant, they miraculously have a tenant! Anyway - looks like a company with unscrupulous values (based on other reviews) and my own experience: I paid their withdrawal fee but they took me to court for the full letting fee, disbursements and credit check fees as I found my own tenant. Read their contract - they try to keep infinite hold on lettings with their withdrawal clause even when they don't do the work. Just had to bite a sour bullet in Smalls Claims Court because I didn't change their contract at the start. You've been warned. Response: Firstly - we didn't see a Judge - that was an Arbitration (prior to a court hearing - if we got that far), secondly you didn't do the job, hence why were where were and finally, you obviously have nothing better to do hence why you did a round trip of over 150miles, waste hours of your life and yet you're here boasting about your many years on the job.
