Gave them the keys of my property for letting.
Rang them after a week and they said they did not have time to evaluate the property. I said to them that it's been over a week and no one has called me up for any feed back on the property. There response was if your not happy with our service you can go elsewhere.
I am so glad my chapter ended with Priory agents sooner than later.
After receiving brilliant service from priory property when selling my last property it wasn't hard to decide who I was going to use this time round selling my house. I got in touch with Matt Heathcote at the Tunstall branch and explained I would like to sell my house and also purchase one that priory were advertising. The owners of the property I wanted to buy set an impossible task for me to get my property up on the market and sold in just 7 days but Matt made this happen. The service I received from Matt was unbelievable, going out of his way at every turn to make sure that my property was well advertised and looking the best it could be. I had 5 viewings within the first 2 days through Matt's hard work and dedication to putting my needs first understanding knowing the pressure of my situation. Matt never gave me any doubts and constantly reassured me that himself and the Priory Property team would get my property told in the time needed to get the property I want. The communication between the priory team was also brilliant. On the rare occasion I couldnt speak to Matt, Judi Poletto who I contacted in their office was always well informed of my situation and always able to deal with any enquiry that I had and make sure I was always kept in the loop with any changes during my purchase and sale. I cant thank the priory team enough for the service they have provided this past few months as I don't think my purchase of my next home would of been made possible without their hard work!
My wife and I endured a torrid time at the hands of the Stoke-on-Trent Tunstall Branch of 'Priory Property Services'. From the very beginning Matt Heathcote sent us persistant emails which were pressurising, unsettling, mischievous, threatening and accusatory, all defined and experienced as 'aggressive behaviour' in The Property Ombudsman's Code of Practice. He attempted to pressure us into using his associated services, and to speed up the deal quicker than acceptable, even blaming us for holding up the deal when it was the vendors who had not sent the contract.
Paula Heathcote, supposedly the one in charge, was useless. She did not provide us with a proper Complaints Procedure, threatened us before we put in the complaint, and then declared that she would not deal with the complaint. This was hardly surprising, seeing as they are the only agents in the area who do not invite feedback/complaints on their website. We have submitted the complaint directly to The Property Ombudsman.
One star is too kind for this bunch of cowboys.

Dino Vella failed to ensure the boiler was correctly maintained and gas safe certified. Our tenants were left with a faulty boiler for a considerable amount of time.and we as landlords liable to prosecution with fines of up to £20,000 and a prison sentence. Totally unprofessional.
