26th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I recently purchase my house through Your Move, and although the sale was slow moving to begin with, Your Move kept me updated and preserved with the difficult vendors throughout. Ian, Sophie and Christina on reception all had a friendly and professional demeanour, offering help and support promptly. Communication has been brilliant and any queries raised have been resolved quickly with the vendors. Ian has been very accommodating with questions and requests from myself which I am very grateful for.

From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Tom O’Brien, the branch manager, was professional and efficient throughout the whole process. His knowledge of the local market is unparalleled. He patiently listened to my requirements and provided tailored advice, clearly explaining all of the options available and the associated costs. Tom goes over and above to ensure any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, he frequently works out of hours and promptly responds to any calls/messages he receives. The team at Reeds Rains Hanley ensured a seamless transaction. From arranging viewings to handling paperwork, everything was efficient and stress-free. They truly go above and beyond for their clients.

13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)So after deciding to build my portfolio I looked around for properties for sale. I found a property for sale with Leaders and arranged a viewing. Andrew was very professional in arranging this. Zoltan who showed us round was very helpful and informative. After our offer was accepted Andrew and Sue worked hard throughout the process and was always keeping me updated throughout the process. They were both very professional and a credit to leaders. Thank you to Andrew and Sue for all there help and will definitely use them again for our next purchase

Ruth (Margaret) dealt mostly with us and she did a wonderful job of keeping us informed, and was very patient explaining the process to me as I was a first time buyer. I would certainly recommend Reeds Rains. All of the staff that we dealt with were really friendly and helpful.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Personally not partial to Estate Agents, what do they do for their money, BUT James Du Pavey are different they work hard for the money. I only bought my home through them but they worked the chain hard and communicated every step. Just what people want not silence. Thank you so much to the whole team but Pippa you were amazing. James Du Pavey are wholeheartedly recommended; it's time all other estates agents woke up and become a true service.
3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)Just property not only did an INCREDIBLE job at selling my flat, but they also achieved the full asking price. I cannot thank them enough!! It was a very stressful time selling up and moving away from Hastings but from the moment I started working with Just Property in Hastings, everything fell into place. Austin took beautiful photos and everyone involved with the sale, worked hard to arrange viewings and to complete on the sale. A huge thank you to Kyle Logan for being amazing from the moment I walked into the office and said “Help I need to sell my flat” right up until I handed my keys over. He helped keep me calm, worked to find me the perfect buyer and really supported me through a very stressful time. Thanks to him I now live in a dream house in Kent and also know that my buyer is very happy in her flat in Hastings.

Nothing is too much trouble and the communication throughout has been exceptional, there were some repairs needed before the new tenant moved in and these have been dealt with very swiftly. Thank you so much for making things so painless!
11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)Connells sent false allegations to my landlord and instead of addressing it the stafford branch was negligent. I was then told to contact complaince, so I did. The branch manager reviewed what happened however, I was gaslighted further with no apology for this company sending FALSE allegations to my landlord; along with no apology for the lettings manager being extremely rude over the phone. This isn't about what the landlord wanted, I wanted somebody to address why this company sent false allegations to my landlord and didnt even try and rectify it.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)Excellent experience with Trinity Property, specially Jay. I was in a rush to find a new property as my last property’s contract was about to expire. However, I was not able to find a good property for me and my partner. Finally I found a great property with Trinity Property and explained my situation to Jay. He was a 100% supportive of the whole scenario and helped me out allot in making the process go faster. From viewing to moving in, it took only 6 days with all the process done with a huge help from Jay. I would definitely recommend Trinity Property and Jay. Thanks for all of your help.
