I bought gorgeous flat at Cumnor Hill from Pink and Black. I strongly recommend their service. If you deal with Pink and Black make sure you liaise with Claire. She is absolutely brilliant. Very experienced on the market and provided to me professional advice for mortgage broker, solicitor and the whole set of boringness! My only issue was when we finalised the transaction they do not answer any single phone call or text I gave them. I have not had any experience with service providers and etc. and I needed an advice. Maybe I live in world with other people but not only sale targets .. Which is my problem and not company flaw... They did well throughout my purchase nevertheless. No minus points for their ignorance afterwards! :-)... Read more

smug bunch who list a property at a silly price and then surprise surprise reduce the price - pay the staff commission only - have only 5 houses for sale at any one time... Read more
