saw some,not so great reviews but was recommended by a few friends so tried it anyway. The girl I regularly have,does a fantastic Hollywood. Shellac is good too. My one gripe , From what I see its Only one girl who does the waxing, she gets quiet busy. they take bookings by email which is pretty convenient. Defo recommended for waxing.... Read more

The nearest thing to torture I've ever experienced. I visited pink crust 5 or 6 months ago on a Saturday and it has taken me until now to get over the trauma and visit another waxer. The beautician who seems to be the manager as she was bossing some poor other girl in there around, was rude, abrupt, rough and extremly forceful. I was taken down to a dingy dusty room and the door was left open with her running in and out while I lay on the bed half naked. She did an awful job, it was not just painful (much more than usual) but also a real hack job, I had to go out and buy my own wax to finish the job afterwards. I was actually so affected that when she said she was finished I was too frightened to say anything negative, I just paid and left. I hope this review is some useful feedback for the salon and that they're able to work on their staff training and hopefully improve for future customers.... Read more

I had the same problem as a comment below with their booking service. I have been trying to book a service with them from a voucher service, but they are difficulting the process to the point that I am not sure if I will be able to redeem it at all. The voucher said it was possible to redeem from Tuesday to Saturday, but they are now saying that they are not taking vouchers on week-days evenings (even if the salon is open), and no saturdays are available (even though there is still a good time for the expiration of the voucher).... Not good. Can't speak on behalf of the nails but the waxing was pretty awful. Booked a full leg and bikini wax for 2. Got there, apparently they could only do half leg for the both of us, not a full one as it would take too long? Already annoyed about that. Then, not sure if she was a permanent staff (god help us all if she was) or a trainee, starts waxing the legs. She does an awful job! She took ages, left half the hair on and didn't pluck the rest out. Then had another lady do the bikini wax, a polish girl, she was really lovely. She kindly plucked out the rest of the hairs that the previous girl had left on my legs and proceeded to give me a bikini wax which was good. The other staff behind the till/counter were pretty rude, not that pleasant. Then after all that malarkey (and then trying to refuse to wax my mum's eyebrows and offered to thread them instead when I had also booked an eye brow wax - my mum insisted and got her own way) the card machine wasn't bloody working. Went here because it was a tad cheaper than the other shops, turnt out to be pretty bad experience overall. Choose quality over quantity guys!... Read more

This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever encountered. I booked a Groupon voucher and called to make a booking. It was on the day of the book that I called to get details that iw as told I need to make my booking online and not by phone. They made all effort NOT to redeem my voucher by delaying the process. I finally tried again a week before the expiry of my vouchers and they intentionally took days to respond, taking it past the voucher expiry...then to say that they cannot redeem vouchers after expiry. Why issue vouchers if you have no intention to offer the discount. Horrible, unmannerly staff!... Read more
