I found Pinnacle through a Google search, they were the only company out of a number of which I contacted who came back to me quickly and that could help me. My situation was a tricky one as it was due to a marriage separation and I needed a joint but sole proprietor mortgage. Without hesitation I highly recommend Pinnacle Finance. We specifically dealt with Dan and he was incredibly attentive and genuine throughout the process. My wife and I run our own business and although we strongly feel the benefits outweigh the negatives of this lifestyle, when it comes to obtaining a mortgage, or in our case a second charge mortgage to fund renovation work on our house, this setup can be be tricky. However we were reassured from the very first conversation that we would be able to secure the funds we were asking for. My wife initially found Pinnacle via a Google search along with a few other providers. She asked each company to initially respond to her via email as at the time she was homeschooling our children due to lockdown - and Dan respected this request (many of the others did not - preferring to start the process with a phone call), this simple gesture confirmed to us that this would work out. A faultless service from start to completion - Dan is incredibly patient and indulged me by answering all of my - 'just one more question…' and in terms that we both understood perfectly - no jargon. Jason and Jessica provided a great service. They always answered the phone, were quick to respond to emails and provided good advice when I asked questions. They also charge a reasonable fee and don’t ask for the money until the mortgage is guaranteed unlike the two others I had spoken to first. Dan was always very responsive, and answered the many questions we had instantly and often outside of office hours. He checked in with us often to keep track of the sale progress throughout the process. Daniel Sparkes has been a delight to work with during the recent purchase of our first home. My fiancé and I had trouble getting a mortgage at the high street banks due to my fiancé having a poor credit score (which neither of us had been aware of before putting an offer in on our property), and we were recommended Daniel. Daniel was the epitome of professionalism throughout the purchase. From our initial meeting onwards, he was intelligent, considerate and tenacious – and he wouldn’t let us give up although at times the issue we faced felt insurmountable. He always took the time to explain things clearly and simply so that we understood everything that was going on throughout the process. He has access to a huge range of mortgage lenders and he found the perfect lender for us – even though at times this seemed impossible! He was also able to arrange our various insurances for us too – life insurance and buildings and contents insurance – which took a load off our minds at an incredibly busy and stressful time for us. Everyone says that buying a house is stressful, but until you actually go through it yourself, I don’t think you realise how true this is. Our house buying process was not without stress, but Daniel considerably eased our tension and anxieties. He gave us his mobile number and answered calls despite actually being on holiday, and more than once was incredibly supportive to both of us over the phone when we felt on the edge of a mental breakdown. We liked him so much that we have already recommended him to two separate couples we know – one of which Daniel has already helped to complete on their property the week before we did! We will definitely be visiting him again in a few years when we are ready to remortgage. We are now in our new home and we love it – thank you Dan, we wouldn’t have been able to do it without you!...
