Sam and Gabrielle at Pinnacle provided second to none support and service to find me a mortgage under complex conditions due to bridge loan to redeem. They supported me through it due to unreliable solicitors. At times I don't know what I would have done without Sam. Excellent communication and empathy. I found Pinnacle through a Google search, they were the only company out of a number of which I contacted who came back to me quickly and that could help me. My situation was a tricky one as it was due to a marriage separation and I needed a joint but sole proprietor mortgage. Samantha was amazing at finding the perfect mortgage for me, as well as being completely understanding of my personal situation. Communication was fantastic the whole way through the process and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Samantha and Livvie were fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else. Thank you!

Without hesitation I highly recommend Pinnacle Finance. We specifically dealt with Dan and he was incredibly attentive and genuine throughout the process.
My wife and I run our own business and although we strongly feel the benefits outweigh the negatives of this lifestyle, when it comes to obtaining a mortgage, or in our case a second charge mortgage to fund renovation work on our house, this setup can be be tricky.
However we were reassured from the very first conversation that we would be able to secure the funds we were asking for.
My wife initially found Pinnacle via a Google search along with a few other providers. She asked each company to initially respond to her via email as at the time she was homeschooling our children due to lockdown - and Dan respected this request (many of the others did not - preferring to start the process with a phone call), this simple gesture confirmed to us that this would work out.
A faultless service from start to completion - Dan is incredibly patient and indulged me by answering all of my - 'just one more question…' and in terms that we both understood perfectly - no jargon.
We will definitely be using Pinnacle again to advise us when our mortgage comes up for renewal.

Jason and Jessica provided a great service. They always answered the phone, were quick to respond to emails and provided good advice when I asked questions.
They also charge a reasonable fee and don’t ask for the money until the mortgage is guaranteed unlike the two others I had spoken to first.
I’m glad I used pinnacle and would definitely recommend to anyone else. Cheers Guys

The service, time and dedication that I have received whilst Daniel and the Pinnacle team has been dealing with my mortgage has gone above and beyond my expectations both times that I have used Pinnacle. Daniel has always been prompt in advising and responding to all questions and has consistently impressed me with the level of service that he has provided beyond the usual 9-5 office hours you might receive with other providers. The service that the rest of the team has offered after the initial mortgage deal to keep me updated is professional and courteous. We have now used Pinnacle several times in the past to assist us with mortgage advice and cannot speak highly enough of the service and support they have provided. Our usual point of contact is Daniel who will always provide honest and impartial guidance to what would best suit our requirements, regardless of whether it would generate the company the best revenue opportunity.
Despite being a locally run company they have continued to provide a level of service far exceeding any of the larger more recognised corporations and will continue to be the first place we go when seeking mortgage advice.
