I really wouldn't recommend contacting this agency for your tenant needs. I viewed a property at Northumberland Road with this company and the estate agent didn't even know anything about it. When asked whether it was on a meter this couldn't be answered, when asked what type of heating system it had this couldn't be answered either. During my viewing I opened the wardrobe and there was thick mould, there were punched doors and cupboard doors were hanging off. There was filth all up the walls. I asked the "property management" company if they would be cleaning the property and if they would make repairs and they agreed to cleaning (doubt that would have even happened and don't understand why they wouldn't have done an end of tenancy clean) but did not agree to any repairs. That doesn't look very great for a future tenant or to a landlord really considering the state of disrepair the property was in. The person who I was discussing this with was VERY rude and unprofessional and initially it actually had to take me pestering to even get a viewing because they don't even reply! An awful company. If you want a disgusting property which will crumble and diminish over time then these people are for you! If you take pride in where you live or as a landlord prefer to have an attractive and presentable home, then don't put your money in the pocket of these con artists.... Read more

As a property owner on a development "managed" by this company they are completely useless. Bills are regularly changed and the only thing they do seem good at is dreaming up new scams to rip off property owners or residents. I am seriously considering becoming one of the development management company directors just to get rid of this bunch.... Read more

The team at PJJS have been fantastic with our property. Prior to finding a new tenant for us they project managed all of the refurbishment works that needed to be completed. Once all decorations were completed the property was professionally marketed and PJJS soon found us a new tenant. Previously we have only utilised letting agents to find new tenants and then we would manage the property ourselves. We felt that PJJS had excelled themselves prior to finding the tenant that we should go with them and take advantage of their fully managed option. I can honestly say we haven’t been disappointed and the communication from the team is excellent. Highly recommend.... Read more

I emailed them numerous times requesting details about a recent property put up to let. After a final blunt email explaining this they finally contacted myself but still failed to give me any details that I required with my initial email. The woman asked myself how long I would have to give notice and said she would contact myself very soon. That was about 6 weeks ago at least, and saw the property was still up for let so sent another blunt email detailing my annoyance at how they do things considering they claim on their website that they , PJJS has friendly experienced staff who take pride in giving prompt and personal attention to Landlords and Tenants a like. PJJS provides all the necessary back up required by landlords. I did not find this to be the case what so ever. They have done taken down the listing and still not contacted myself to apologise. I understand it is not all the staff that work there but I have no idea who has seen my emails and know the woman that called and failed to get in contact since, I would class as unprofessional and ignorant! Which is a shame as they did and do seem to have some nice properties go through themselves. I myself judge on whether they are as good as they make out. They may have some nice reviews but this is my experience with them.... Read more

I too have been in business for over 30 years, I think therefore this qualifies me to make the following statements of my experiences with this company over the past few years; Highly Unprofessional, Rude Arrogant Dictatorial Unapproachable If you make a complaint don't expect a response They need to remember "WHO THE PAYING CUSTOMER IS" Their "Mission statement" is farcical 8/12/13 Latest instalment... Waiting over 2 weeks for an apology which was "promised" also require a gate key for our development won't be holding my breath! ... Read more
