Our Sales Progressor Vanessa has been invaluable during our purchase of a house through Wards Loose. She has kept us informed every step of the way and through every bump in the road. She was really empathetic, supportive, informative and always got back to us as quickly as possible. Overall Wards have been really great with communication both from booking viewings through to the end of the process. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long time but when we do we will be back.

Amy was incredible right from the start of organising our first viewing & Jane was super helpful keeping track of our sale. Our only slight let down was the solicitors which are recommended but I guess all solicitors have their faults! Thankyou!

Ava Young was just great! She knew my requirements and took me to numerous houses. She communicated with me very effectively and was so patient with me through my house buying journey which was very long! She responded to my queries promptly, even those sent outside working hours.
The only regret I have is that the house I ended up buying, and which was recommended by Ava, was not managed by the Loose Branch. I sincerely hope she is rewarded for my custom.

Branch staff do not respond to emails! Also hard to get hold of the actual branch mainly end up in the call centre! Jane was good throughout progression of the sale now the sale is through communication is difficult.

We had a such a terrible experience with this estate agent. They said we need to use their broker service otherwise they will consider other buyers who will use their broker service. I can not see any point why would we use their broker while we already arranged our broker who is fully independent, reliable and trustworthy.

Needed to sell my mother-in-law’s property in Maidstone and signed up with Ward’s in Loose as Candice proved to be by far the most professional and obviously had a good team behind her. After handing over the keys to her, as we were travelling back home to Wiltshire we received a call to say viewers had already been lined up - amazing. Sold within a matter of weeks. Even when the chain broke further down a couple of months later, Candice was on the case and another buyer was quickly found. Candice and her team definitely took the stress out of selling our property and we would have no hesitation in recommending Wards.

If Wards of Loose are in any way similar to Wards of Maidstone I'd avoid them like the plague, their Case progression department was awful and the main office was useless. As for the Loose office, I have been waiting for over a week to see one particular house on their website, it's still not on there!

We have dealt with the loose wards office before and again they have not disappointed. Although this time we didn't manage to achieve a sale, which was purely down to our rush at needing a buyer, Wards loose, in particular Candice and Darren were amazing throughout. Candice gave us some amazing advice, not only with the selling of our house but also the purchase of our new one that we will always be in her debt for. For anyone considering the sale of a house in Loose, don't look any further than Wards, the sale boards through the roads speak for themselves!

We accepted an offer on our property before lockdown in March and had found one we wanted to buy. We finally exchanged and completed the middle of August. It was a long and bumpy road with problems along the way and we honestly don't think it would have happened without Candice, the Manager of the Loose Office. She is the ultimate professional (and a lovely person) who went over and above her remit to hold our sale together to a successful conclusion. She rearranged a meeting to stay in the office and sort out problems in the chain. We always felt confident that if she said she would do something it happened.
We would also mention Holly (who is now based at another branch) who visited us when we marketed the house. Again very professional and answered all our questions without hesitation. Her valuation was spot on, unlike another agent who would have under valued our property. Thanks must also go to Jane Baker, Sales Progressor at Wards, who must have screamed every time she opened her emails but always replied!
Our daughter couldn't understand why we didn't market our property with one of the online agents who are so much cheaper and my comments above are the reason why. I'm certain we wouldn't be in our new home now if we had.

When we put our property on the market, we couldn't decide between Wards and another agent.. I am very glad we chose Wards! Candice was so helpful throughout, always called/emailed me back when she said she would, often stayed late to help us out and was just genuinely really nice. When we started to have a few problems nearing exchange, Candice helped us out straight away. We've moved out of her area sadly, however when we come to sell we will definitely be asking if she can sell ours as a one off as she is amazing and a definite credit to wards :)

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Wards of Loose. Candice was so personable and honest at the appraisal, I didn’t even get other agents in! I had viewers in the next couple of days and Candice, Darren and Vicky all conducted them professionally and in a timely manner. The speed of the feedback was outstanding and I never had to chase. Unfortunately things didn’t work out for me this time, even though they got my house sold above the asking price. I will look at selling in the new year and will definitely use this office again. They were so professional and friendly and Darren went the extra mile for me when things started to go wrong with my purchase. Wards of Loose have been excellent for me. Knowing I had a big house to sell, they managed my expectations from the outset, we knew it wasn't going to be easy at that price and viewers were going to be a spacial type of buyer, but they kept me updated regularly and visited me monthly, with ideas and how this end up.
The team there are friendly and always welcoming if I popped in. This is reassuring in a difficult market and its having patience and support that gets the sale.
I'd use them again for sure. Candice, Darren and and the two lovely ladies there are a fabulous team

This on behalf of a family member who was tricked into signing a contract for a set price not a percentage as discussed. They had such a bad experience that I would like to warn others.
If you would like to go with them read everything VERY carefully and DO NOT listen to what they say. Remember you have 14 days from the contract to cancel.
They paid 2.16% so I would go online the costs are clearer. Trust is completely lost in estate agents GO ONLINE
