Would never recommend my daughter moved into a new built flat the fire escape door was in her bedroom they left her and her son who wasnt even 1 at this point with a broken cooker for about 7 weeks due to the installation being incorrect (flat could have set fire) then they send her a section 21 and said she owes them money. I'm sorry to say that I have been very disappointed with the service recieved. My daughter has rented a property through Platinum Homes. The property is in a terrible state and there are a number of danger issues with the property. I have e-mailed the company twice and I have telephoned several times. The response has been very poor. Trying to obtain information from the staff was impossible.... Read more
