From day 1 we had nothing but professional, timely and effective communications. He was always on hand to help and provide guidance and make arrangements for contractors to come and carry out the work. The prices were transparent and clear at every stage of the process. He was also able to guide us on what needed to be done and when. We were able to get everything done and completed in approximately 4 months.

“EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE” We have been living in one of the property, that consists of a 2 bedroom house, at leicester, well looked after by ‘Rathod Agency’ for nearly a decade now. We are having a very pleasant stay at this house, where all issues are promptly dealt with and resolved. Mr. Vijay Rathod has always been there for us, whenever we needed his attention on any issues regarding the property maintenance, be it replacing the carpet, boilers, doors, windows, locks, water taps, backyard fence etc, and has so far never disappointed or let us down in any way. Further he is very kind-hearted and understanding to all our needs and necessities inside the property. Recently in the month of March’23, on our request, all our rooms was fitted with new window blinds as well as a new cooker hob in the kitchen was provided. He has also been very helpful and cooperative in the past. The property is well looked after and maintained by Mr. Vijay Rathod, who personal removes time to visit the property after any repairs or replacement work is carried out, to make sure every work is completed as per the required safety standards. Furthermore, he makes sure that we are not only safe inside the property, but happy as well. In addition, all his office staff are polite and helpful. We feel fortunate to be living in one of his properties and would highly recommend and suggest any family looking to purchase or rent a property in leicester to pay a visit to Mr. Vijay Rathod, whose office is situated in melton road, before making any hasty decision. We recently sold a house through 'Radhod's' and I must say that Mukesh Rathod's service was exceptional.
Throughout the whole process which also includes Covid-19 lockdown, Mukesh bhai kept going and worked hard to finalise the sale. He was constantly in touch with the buyers, their solicitor, our solicitor and us, keeping us informed of the progress at every stage. I can not imagine us going through without his support. I urge extreme care if you decide to rent a property through Rathods. Huge prices for securing a property (e.g. - £170 for printing a tenancy agreement!!!), questionable maintenance, minimal ethics, little regard for tenant's basic needs (I ended up calling environmental health) and to top it off they tried to hold me to a two month's notice period when the law states one! If you have to use them, be extremely vigilant of your rights and make sure you get everything documented. My advice would be to find an alternate property.
