It was a real pleasure dealing with Charles and Derby and the team. The first place we liked and approached them and we desperately wanted the place to be rented to us and for some reason we were not able to get it. I am always amazed on the fast answers given by Charles Derby Estate agents. I mainly dealt with Priyanka in the past three years and you definitely cannot fault her. Always here to help and advise and tried to make it as easy and compliant as possible when I first moved in from France. I cannot dream of a better agency and truth must be said, she even advised me when I needed help with another agency in the past. If I had to buy any house I would, for sure, stick to Charles Derby and request for Priyanka ????... Read more

We went to review the property recently. After viewing, we send an email to our offer based on our condition of the property. After receiving reply, I rang the agent regarding our offer, but the agent(Kirit Lakhani) was so rude and unprofessional and said that my email was offensive as the offered amount he doesn't like and told me that he would not like to do any business with us and hang up the phone...this is really unprofessional behaviour from established estate company...If they doesn't like the offer, they could let us know so we can review our offer but instead this kind of misbehaviour over the phone was unbelievable......
