Just be careful when you asked them to clean and wash your car after the service. I am shocked as they left cleaning cloth in front of my passenger seat. I am more annoyed that they just throw my shoes and jackets all together at the back of passenger seats instead putting it back to the original place. What a total mess, not impressed..... Read more

Having had a really, really poor experience at Mini Derby I was delighted to find the polar opposite experience at Mini in Solihull. We were kept updated on progress of the work undertaken on our car, the quality of the finish to repair some bodywork and wheels seems excellent. A special mention to Millie who made the experience effortless from our side and had the misfortune of having to deal with Mini Derby, to try and resolve the issue around them paying the bill (that they had agreed to fund) If anyone is thinking of buying from Mini in Derby, don't! Come to Mini Solihull instead!... Read more

Sophie was a joy to deal with. After reserving a used Mini on-line in the evening, our personalised video and confirmation were with us first thing in the morning. Communication was good up to the point of collecting. The handover process was slick and efficient, everything was explained to us, car was beyond expectations in terms of condition and presentation. Wife is delighted, although anxious at driving such a posh Mini. It's a bit more sophisticated than her first Cooper in 2001.... Read more
