I did research before choosing my estate agent.
Personally I would recommend DM and Co. Chiara dealt with my property and she is a real asset to the company.
Professional, efficient and reliable - exactly what you need when finding a suitable tenant. I was really impressed with the swift process and promptness to getting the right tenant (within 7 days from advertising to moving in!)

We had a fantastic experience selling our home with DM & Co. in Solihull earlier this year. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and helpful. We initially contacted Dom through Instagram, and he promptly connected us with the perfect team for our needs.
Evie, our dedicated agent, expertly guided us through the entire selling process. She managed everything from viewings to the final exchange and completion. Evie even went above and beyond by helping us resolve an issue with reclaiming rent from a previous tenant. She put us in touch with DM & Co.'s leasing team who were able to assist us.
Overall, DM & Co. were highly professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling a property in Solihull.

I wouldn’t bother. I sent a Rightmove lead yesterday and nearly 24 hours later not even had a call to book the viewing. I wonder how many buyers are being ignored! Ill go and knock on the door instead.

Good Company but bit careful with these guys as they simply increase too much rental price than the market price, no strong reason to keep the price up????

We recently sold our current home and purchased our new one through DM & Co. From the moment Peter came to carry out the evaluation we knew they were the right choice for us. Peter gave us an honest and fair evaluation, and there was no huge sales pitch or hard sale (a huge plus for us) unlike their other competitors.
Over the course of time we spoke to many members of the team, Alex, Evie and Victoria to name a few, everyone of them were always happy to help, if we were promised a call back, it always happened, nothing was ever too much trouble.
However, Ann has to have a special mention for us, as she assisted on both the sale and purchase, and she worked tirelessly to get everything completed in a timely manner. The purchase of our new property wasn't without its issues, but Ann never let us lose hope that it would happen. She couldn't do enough for us, and went above and beyond, always being one step ahead. We can't thank her enough, she was amazing, always friendly but still maintaining a level of professionalism.
Thank you DM & Co. we can't recommend you enough, and if we ever do decide to move again, we know where we'll be coming.

Agent would not arrange even one viewing of a property because we were not SSTC nor cash buyers. They suggested we contact them once our property is sold...sure, we're going to sell our home before we even view a property which we might or might not like! Vendors aren't even being notified about potential buyers. What a joke!

What an absolutely amazing, highly professional, very efficient, friendly, totally supportive team I have encountered at DM&Co lettings, Shirley. Evie and Chiara have given me OUTSTANDING help and support in my very stressful rental search. I was at my wits end trying to find a place I liked with other agents. I am SO grateful to them. Compared to very poor experiences with a couple of other estate agents DM& Co are easily THE BEST!!! Evie has been an absolute blessing. She was amazing at my viewing. She listened to my situation, totally understood, cared and worked very hard to get me into my dream rental.
DM&Co with these two lovely ladies make everything EASY!!! I am extremely impressed and thank my lucky stars I used them. Why go to anyone else??

We moved from one of the DM&CO property to another. I must say the customer sevice has been the best. Had interactions with various staff members, all of them were really exceptional. Chiara helped us in every aspect during our move, with prompt responses whenever needed.
I must congratulate the management of DM&CO for keeping such great standards of customer care. Can't recommend enough. Keep it up ????

Our house was on the market with another agent for several months without an offer. We approached Ann at DM&Co who took on the challenge and brought her fantastic energy. Our house sold shortly after and the rest of the sale process was smooth. Excellent service throughout.
