Very happy I chose Arden's to handle the sale of my family home. In an emotional and stressful time, the wonderful team of Lauren, Adam and Jade did all they could to make the process as pain free as possible! They go out of their way to assist/help meet your requirements in the lead up to, during and after viewings. I would like to express my personal thanks to Arden Estate Agents Solihull, after being let down by another local agent.
After much research and following our initial encounter with Lauren at Arden, we selected them for purchasing our new home and selling our existing home too!
We found all of the team to be respectable, friendly and helpful at all times.
With regards to communications and contact, we were always able to reach the team and Jade especially, was an absolute diamond in being proactive, getting things done and helping to resolve any hurdles or issues that sometimes come with buying or selling a home.
If you want to be treated like a valued buyer or seller, rather than a number or statistic, then I would strongly recommend using Arden for a personal and positive experience with buying or selling your home.

I have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years but Arden Est Agents in Shirley is far and away the most attentive and in tune with a customer's needs. The office communicated really well throughout the transaction with nothing being to difficult. Jade, Lauren and Adam in particular were fantastic.

After being very unimpressed with our first agent we appointed Arden to take care of the sale of my mother in laws property. From the start everyone was so friendly, polite and could not do enough for us. Adam took care of the viewings – even working overtime on a weekend to ensure all viewings where accompanied. After a few days of being on the market we accepted an offer. Jade took over from there and she has been INCREDIBLE. She is patient, polite and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She has gone above and beyond to get our sale over the line, and it really has been such a pleasure to work with her. I can not thank you all enough for everything you have done. I would not hesitate to recommend you all the anyone and everyone!!
