I would not give this company even 1 star.Director of this company,Danial khan is a scam.he can go to any extent to earn money.very unprofessional company, I terminated my contract with this company after 3 month based on extremely low performance but he is still holding the deposit of my property.after so many phone calls and emails he is still holding the deposit of my property.Being the landlord I had to send him 100 of emails to get the tenancy contract paper. He gave me fake tenants number and email when I wanted to directly contact with tenant and get someone to pretend to be tenant and communicate from that number . I requested calls ,video calls many times but he doesn’t respond to any of these. Don’t believe in the positive reviews of this company.Avoid this company at any cost if you don’t want stress every single day.... Read more

Hi We visited property move, recommend by DWP, Forest road, Walthamstow. We asked simply for - bedroom and shared accommodation, however we came on time for 10:30am appointment however we had to wait until 11am because the property manager was running late! But we were understanding and we spoke to her staff regarding my circumstances until we saw her , she came scores negative energy, unprofessional, very blunt and no compassion and she thought I was not suffering by homeless situation which is worng and judged me without knowing the facts. She made me feel morally I was worr nothing and I am shamed off this management rubbing this property. DWP should not refer me here in the first place, the fact their property manager said to me , mention she is being rude openly and Thant disgusted me based on her behaviour. Don’t brother coming here or asking for help she is rude person. I believe in karma and she shows no compassion let alone a service.... Read more

I would not even give this company a 1 star . These guys are crooks, took over £3000 of my money and did not return it to me, when I phoned the owner Daniaal would not take my calls. If your a landlord or a tenant then avoid this company as you would get messed around by this company.... Read more
