Really helpful, they are very prompt. We never had an issue with them. And many times we needed them to do repairs, and where very responsive. We are happy with this estate,. And also the fees where lower than other estates.

Just let a house with help from everyone at Real Estates Coventry. They have been accommodating and helpful since the viewing and made it easier for me to find a place.

Horrific customer service. Not giving any updates whatsoever. Rude and shouting on the phone. Calling customers and potential buyers stupid. Do not use this agency as they are waste of space and no sense for service
