I would 100% recommend Bairstows especially in Coventry, I’ve used lots of estate agents, but i’ve never known such commitment from all the agents, they do everything in their power to ensure the sale or buy completes, nothing is too much trouble, from viewing to completion their approach has been exemplary, mine was handled mainly by Gemma, Samantha, and Clare, but from the initial viewings signing up, to the selling/buying process, everyone has been so proactive, I simply cannot fault them, they are heads above anyone I’ve ever used before, their prices are similar to everyone else but the level of service is consistently excellent, if you are thinking about who to choose I have no hesitation in recommending Bairstows, A huge thank you to them all.

We put the house on the market the last week of june and they had 2 viewings booked of which only one turned up and offer over the asking price on the 28th June. We accepted the offer and from that day Bairstow Eves and their team at Talbots Law have worked so hard to get our completion date of which we asked for 9th September. Very professional team Claire Melissa and Gemma absolute stars and a very big Thankyou to Georgie Blackford at Talbots Law to make all this happen for us without and major hiccups ????

We initially were impressed with the first contact and sales pack they put together.
We explained our position and Claire Dawe tried to put together a package for a part exchange on a new build we wanted.
However, they found a cash buyer quite soon after that. We thought the price we were paying for Bairstowes services were expensive. But you don’t pay the money for a smooth service, you pay the money for the experience/dedication and ability to get stuff sorted.
Claire, Sammy, Melissa and Gemma to name a few have been fantastic. They took the lead and got the deal over the line.
Sound advice, relentless chasing of people and solicitors, that’s what you pay them the money for.
Can’t speak highly enough of the team in Jubilee Crescent.

Recently sold a house with them. Seem to take a long time to get things sorted through their solicitor that they recommended. Would not recommend if you’re going through a divorce. As the recommended solicitor doesn’t pass information on to another solicitor if you’re buying another house. If you’re buying a house through their solicitor, they seem to be very helpful. If you using another solicitor information can be very scarce and information doesn’t seem to be passed on.

We recently used Bairstow Eves Radford branch to sell our house. Gemma arrived to value the property, we agreed a valuation and Gemma had it advertised and on line within 2 days.
We weren't expecting a lot interest being December with Xmas just weeks away.To our surprise an offer of just under the asking price was offered and we accepted after only five days. The next three months were quite stressful due to various problems within the chain and the usual laid back attitude of the conveyancing profession. Claire Dawes had been assigned to deal with our sale through to completion and was absolutely marvellous at chasing solicitors and was miraculously able to solve issues that appeared to be beyond other professionals involved.
All issues resolved we eventually moved into our new home in Wales in April. Our thanks to Gemma, Claire and the rest of the team who provided great communication and professionalism all with calmness and great humour in a very high pressure situation.

After a very emotional rollercoster of a sale, Bairstoweves Radford, have been second to none. The whole team were extra helpful and nothing was ever too much of an ask.
I would like to give Claire an extra mentions for the extra mile she continously went to support my whole family on our sale. I say whole family because Claire could transform into Mary Poppins when visiting the house, which my boys loved. This helped them feel happy and secure with the whole idea of selling their home and having strangers enter to visit. She helped me personally on days when things seemed too stressful and overwhelming. She would make sure I understood every stage and was incredibly insightful and patient. Bad experience, got an appointment for viewing at 11.50am. We Reached at 11.40 to view the property in between a busy schedule we had.
Waiting for good 45 minutes at the property. No one was attending our calls. Another family also had come to view and they were dissatisfied with the no show from the agent. I lost 20 quids for the taxi fare just because of their failed no show.

I did not go with Bairstow Eves for the sale of my house.
We went for the cheapest option which in hindsight was a massive mistake.
But even though we didn't go with them they were willing to give advice and support when so many hurdles came up with the cheaper option.
Bairstow Eves customer service and support was outstanding.
Now I'm looking to buy or rent and they are my 1st choice for an estate agency to trust and work with.

I viewed many properties with this agency, thankfully a property came on the market they thought I'd like to view and contacted me. The rest as they say is history, as it's now my own home. When I phoned them they answered and always got back to me.

I cannot recommend the team at Bairstow Eves Radford branch highly enough. I sold my house during and beyond the pandemic and it was a tough market to say the least. I had the property up with a competitor estate agents prior to Bairstow Eves and had no luck at all but the week it went up with them it had a lot of viewings and multiple offers. Customer service is excellent, always went above and beyond to help with any hold ups or enquiries. We managed to get above the asking price which was a huge win in the market we were selling in. 10/10 recommend.

What a year! Richard first visited the property and organised the photographer and listing of the
house and explained the marketing strategy with great enthusiasm and professionalism, giving us grear confidence in the process. The house was due to be put on the market just as Lockdown 1 occurred.
As we live outside the UK Richard contacted us prpmptly and explajned rbe situation.
Fast forward to end of May and Richard contacted us again to proceed with the listing, - we agreed a sale within one week of the house going on the market.
Then the fun began with involvement of solicitors, I honestly think writing this review in January (having finally completed just before Christmas) without Claires constant chasing of updates and smoothing out of several slight bumps in the.road so efficiently and professionally we would still not have completed!
Claire worked so hard to get the sale completed despite the difficulties presented by Covid, my living outside the UK and constant changing of solicitors within the firm we had instructed.

From start to finish, the team at Bairstow Eves in Radford, Coventry were top draw.
It started with Rich, top bloke, coming round and putting us at ease with regards to selling the property and reassurances were given which filled us with confidence not only that we would successfully sell our house, but also receive the support to find another one.
From then on, David and Ashleigh - lovely people, took on the reigns and efficiently booked in a number of potential buyers in very quick time. No messing about from these guys, and we agreed a sale within two weeks of our house going on the market. Relieved is an understatement.
Now the fun was to begin with solictors of all parties involved, and Claire was fantastic in dealing with this. From dealing with our questions and queries, to keeping us in the loop regularly with any updates. She’d know how to manage the situations, due to her priceless experience in the industry, which again filled us with hope and belief that everything was under control.

I rang up to get viewing on the first day the property come on the market, rang another 5 times... no one was getting back to me, spoke to a gentleman called David, and spoke to a guy called Neil. I was advised no viewings have taken place yet, next minute I see a sold sign on the house. I asked how this was possible, was told by david maybe I have been misinformed, I asked him if his branch took back handers and that's why they restricted the viewings on the property, he put the phone down. The Bairstow Eves team in Radford gave us a market price for selling our property that was higher than their competitors but also managed to achieve slightly higher than this in the end.
They knew the area well and so were well placed to advise us on the right price.
They were also willing to agree a fee structure that we felt best incentivised them to achieve as good a price as possible, which in the end worked well for both sides.

Difficult to contact the agency. I called them many times to have some update, I was always promised to be called back (If I could get through in first place) no one gets back to me. I sent emails, all ignored.
I then managed to speak to someone called Trevor Gannon, who advised that he needs some money to clean the property and then remarket at lower rent after taking new photos instead of the old ones.

My sister and I chose Bairstow Eves in Radford to sell the home of our recently deceased parents - and we are pleased to report that the service we received from Richard, Ashleigh and the rest of the Jubilee Crescent team was friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional from start to finish.
Richard and co handled all of the marketing for the property and organised the subsequent viewings. A buyer was found just a couple of weeks after the 'For Sale' board was erected. We were then guided through the rest of the selling process with the minimum of fuss and no major hitches.

A really eye opening experience whilst going through a sale and purchase where Bairstow Eves were the estate agent for the property we were buying. I'd had a poor experience previously with buying a property where I ended up doing a lot of the work so I decided to choose Purplebricks so that I could keep costs down and know that I'd probably do a lot of the legwork myself. The actual selling of my property was easy as I had an advert produced and made sure I carried out the viewings myself which I was happy to do and the property sold on the 2nd viewing. The part that nobody really appreciates when buying and selling property is when the real work kicks in and all the admin/searches/contracts are required for the sale and purchase of the properties involved. From the off Claire (Bairstow Eves) made it clear to me that I would have my work cut out with Purplebricks as my agent and she could not have been more on the money. From the moment my sale was agreed I only heard from Purplebricks on one occasion after that. Every other aspect of the sale and purchase I had to chase personally and Claire was a great help and although she was not working as my agent, she made every effort to help me through the process and it was excellent having her on the other end of the phone whenever I was banging my head against a brick wall. All I could think of is why haven't I got someone that can work this hard on my behalf. Now all the work is over - I've come to the conclusion that there are some things in life where you shouldn't try and beat the system and you should perhaps spend that little bit more money and have an agent that is driven to get you through the process in the quickest and pain-free manner. Well done and thank you to Claire at Bairstow Eves - proudly flying the flag for the traditional estate agents.

We sold our house through Bairstow Eves after trying an on-line agent. I would highly recommend them. The whole team from meeting Richard (the valuer), to Claire (the Office Manager), Ashleigh and Laura (the negotiators) were all fantastic, very professional yet at the same very friendly. Once an offer had been accepted, it was certainly worth paying the small amount extra over the on-line prices to have their support. Our purchase/sale had to go through quickly and they were on the case every day making sure everything that could be done, was being done to facilitate the completion date demanded by the top of our chain. They took the stress out of our house move!!

Sadly, an agency that is dishonest and not necessarily ethical in its dealings. I happened to deal with this agency a few months ago, and made an offer to purchase a house, which was then accepted by the vendor. I then set in motion my conveyancing and mortgaging arrangements, but had to go overseas just for a few days, with the full knowledge of the vendor and the real estate agency. In the meantime however (just a couple of days later), the estate agency persuaded the vendor to accept an alternative offer from another buyer (presumably because the alternative offer did not involve any mortgage and the agency personnel could make their commission more quickly?). This was despite the fact the vendor was still keen to sell the house to me due to the commitment they had given me, but they were pretty much browbeaten into reneging on the agreement. This is not an estate agent that respects agreements (regardless of whether it is verbal or written), and it is certainly not one I will want to deal with in the future.
