INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

A horrible company! Their agent, Sarah, is not only rude but also the most irresponsible agent I have ever come across in my life. I am really happy that I did not proceed with my application with this agency. If this is how they behave with you before signing the contract, I can only imagine how much disrespect can come your way afterwards. Not only that, I was threatened to be Blacklisted’ from the company for knowing the property law and not being a victim of their ‘hard-sell’ techniques. I really hope you do blacklist me because I am never coming back to you, all thanks to Sarah.

Not polite at all. They told me that they would contact me about out a property I was interesting in, never happened instead I contacted them I booked an appointment with difficulty as they don't book appointment on weekends or after 5 on weekdays. However they do expect you to have a job in order to let you apply for a property. But nothing about this matters as they didn't even show up- please note I use my annual leave for this appointment to happen- and and didn't even have the decency to call and let me know, I was waiting for 20 minutes in the cold for nothing.

Patrick, Jas and the team are spectacular at what they do. The headache of property management is removed by these guys! Honest, straightforward, but at the same time sophisticated and ahead of the competition - I wouldn't work with any other agent in Coventry (or Rugby for that matter!)

I reached out to Patrick (Red Brick) about lots of unanswered questions of mine based around property and investments - which can be really overwhelming if you are a beginner. I had no idea where to start or where to go and this gentleman really broke the process down into simple steps and made the smaller steps understandable. His understanding and realistic advice really does help ten fold and I won't hesitate to contact & use his services again. Finally, the fact Patrick Alan Sullivan is from Coventry and therefore has great in depth knowledge of the city is like gold dust - he is the Gerard Butler of the property world! Top bloke and 10 out of 10 service!!

Very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Great people who you can trust to manage your properties properly. Proper inspections, tenant checks all paperwork is perfect, so any problems, due to arrears or just wanting eviction , there are no holdbacks. Great for HMO and family properties.
Advice on rental, conformity and regulations is concise and relevant.
