One of our good mates rented a property through these.
They deal with slum landlords who do little to no maintenance or repairs on their properties, then when the tenants leave, they bully them with court action for those same issues, or even make things up.
Stay well clear! This lot are crooks

DO NOT go with this letting agency is a joke!
They first book me on viewing and cancels it 30mins before the actual viewing day. I called a couple of days later and they said the property is gone! At least have the audacity to let the coustmer know.

Don't waste ur time heartless and just money-orientated nearly made us homeless. No maintenance dampness, leaking roof, mould and structural damage inside of the house. Joe was Very rude with a real attitude.

No estate agent really earns 5 stars, but when I compare my experiences with other estate agents where I may have given them 4 stars, Red Lettings have given me a much better experience so I had no choice but to give them full marks, they are a good estate agents ????

The way they deal with problem tenants says it all. On numerous occasions they’ve been informed about the behaviour of a certain tenant they have and absolutely nothing has been done and last Thursday they told me that ‘maybe I should look at moving somewhere else because their tenant won’t move anytime soon’. This is a tenant that is disrupting an entire neighbourhood, has constant parties and smokes and most likely grows cannabis in their house too judging from the smell that’s coming onto my house. Just because someone is paying the rent does not mean a behaviour like this should be allowed and you as a letting agency should sit there and do nothing. Terrible behaviour. I wouldn’t trust this company at all.

This company does not want to shed out money including provision of a shower, and a boiler.
I emailed to advise about the mould in my bedroom, as well as the necessity for a fire safety front door. They must conform to health and safety regulations.
Yet both were ignored.
More recently I wasn't given a prior appointment with the plumber, who turns up out of the blue knocking at my door.
I do not recommend them

Red Lettings Hucknall run by Joe avoid at all costs.
The worst lettings agency I have ever used. They will take your money, then when you have issues with your property the ignore your messages and e mails. For the last 2 years they have sent 2 men to check the boiler wearing no face masks during a pandemic. I raised this with Joe from red lettings hucknall last year without reply. With no notice the same 2 men turned up today again wearing no face masks the same as last year. I have 2 broken toilets and a dangerous nail through my stairs carpet which they have not bothered to sort. Countless problems avoid this agency at all costs. Joe from red lettings you should not be in this job you should be ashamed of yourself.

We had terrible experience with this agency.
First they gave appointment to view the property then before the appointment they called us they cant find a key.We got another appointment and nobody came to the place.They promised to give a 3rd one when we noticed it is already let agreed in the webpageThey wasted our time.We like the house and we are really sad and disappointed

Unfortunately, this is not a competent agency that does not respect tenants or their money. After signing the lease, contact with the agent is generally not possible. The mess in documents and payments.
