The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The photographer came on the day I was hoping for and it went live the next day. I got 7 viewings in a week and they slotted them all in. Adam negotiated well with a couple of interested parties. Karen is amazing pushing the sale through. If you want a quick sale then I’d highly recommend them.

All positive. I have sold a couple of houses in the past and Holden Copley are by far the best. No problems at all, great communication, and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Holden Copley are a thoroughly professional estate agent that communicates brilliantly. They know the area and the market, and their presentation of my property was exceptional, with superb photography as standard. They give full coverage on the Internet, and conduct viewings at no extra cost. I defy any other estate agent to provide a better service than Holden Copley does.

Holden Copley were very professional when dealing with both my house sale and purchase of a property also being sold through them.
The sales literature and approach to selling was of a high standard, including professional online videos, retaking of any photos, etc.
They kept me informed every 2 weeks and as the sale / purchase neared completion I found them very communicative to keep me informed.
My only ask for improvement, and I admit social restrictions may have played a part in this, would have been introduced to the representative at each phase of the sale so that I was more aware of who I was dealing with and the review / update cycles.
Compared to other agents in the area that we experienced during our search for a new property, the service from Holden was much better.

I found Holden Copley to be very good indeed. The photos of the house were excellent and presented it in the best way, which brought in an amazing amount of viewings. We had a quick sale and got a higher price than we anticipated. Throughout the process they were very prompt with replies and really helpful in every way. Our sales progresser even talked us through some issues to do with the house we were buying which was so helpful. I would definitely recommend Holden Copley to anyone wanting to sell in the Nottingham area.

Holden Copley couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They were professional. Their advertising, photos and and 360 tour was great to give a feel for the property. The team were also great at trying to keep things moving forward once a sale had been agreed.
