Riverside have just sold a family property at an incredibly stressful time for us, I can not recommend them highly enough, very impressive from booking the valuation to completion.
The house had previously sat with the “leading agent in the area” who had told me “if they couldn’t sell it nobody would” Needless to say they didn’t sell it which isn’t surprising with the service levels they offer. Once it was on the market they seemed to do nothing, no communication until I said I was changing agent, they then managed to find several viewers who surprisingly were not suitable.
I had requested several agents value the property, Kyle’s valuation was in line with others but when I called the office to discuss it Ciara came across as interested, knowledgeable of the house, area and market. That is the main reason we instructed Riverside.
Throughout the process of viewings, offers etc the communication has been great as you would hope for, instant and always either able to get hold of one of the team or received a call back quickly, same with email communication.
Thank you and best wishes Kyle, Ciara and Glenda, as I said I can not recommend your company highly enough.
n.b. I was an estate agent for many years in another city so expectations were very high!

Kyle has been absolutely AMAZING in selling our property.
He absolutely went above and beyond what we expected from our estate agent.
He was so invested and really wanted to see a successful sale for us.
Even once we had sold, he made sure to chase the progression weekly, and when other estate agents may not prioritise, Kyle made sure to escalate any of our concerns and get us to exchange quickly.
I would 100% recommend Kyle and the team, for a really personable, professional and 5* service.

Out of many estate agents in the area we decided to go with Riverside as their working is quite straightforward. Also their fees are reasonable
Procedure wise they are very thorough and keep the client ie seller informed at every step of the process
Kyle did a wonderful job by preparing the property advertisement portfolio and then carried out the viewings also informing us the views of the interested parties
Kyle personally is a thorough gentleman and is approachable through emails
Overall good experience and satisfied with the service provided.
Will recommend anyone deciding to sell at Victoria docks especially.

Kyle and the team are amazing. Kyle went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our house. We have a daughter with learning disabilities, and she would have struggled being there whilst people viewed our house. Therefore Kyle did all our viewings for us. Nothing was too much trouble, and he worked so hard to help us in any way he could. He was so friendly and professional and always kept us informed of everything. In the final stages of our sale and purchase, he was a real advocate and chased things for us. I can't recommend enough- thank you Kyle! ????

Very unprofessional, we had a house viewing, and the agent didn't come and didn't tell the home owner we were going .we rang them to find out if they were coming, no answer .
to the reply below my comment . You didn't send me an email or rang me, and if the seller did accept an offer on the house, tell me instead of saying to my make another viewing. So stop talking rubbish!!!

Very unprofessional. Just had 2 Riverside vans parked outside our home, obviously contractors who were sent to do house waste removal at 1 of their properties.
If your going to hire contractors who think its perfectly acceptable for half a dozen blokes to stand around having a hillbilly party in the street while only 1 of the lads is actually doing any real work then maybe plastering your logo across the side of the van they're using as a portable stereo isnt the best idea.

Initially i had a positive impression - booked 2 viewings in city centre and the agent who showed me around was professional.
But everything fell apart afterwards. I submitted the application for one of the flats by email and never received any reply. I followed this up with 2 phones calls, to be promised they were reviewing the applications, and again never received any answer. Next thing, I found on the website was that the flat had been let.
It is understandable that you could not accept every application but at least communicate! Finding a new place to live is stressful enough, and to deal with estate agent with poor communication like you is not helpful at all. I hope you improve your communication with potential future customers.

Unfortunately, I went to , Riverside, office and the reception was very bad in terms of respect. They treated me as if I was not wanted in the hull, and they don’t accept university students, and they put incapacitating requests,even when I am a sponsored student they say you need a working guarantorand last year they didn’t Want these kind of inquiry and that because I was treated so bad and the colleagues was saying Hull doesn’t want you guys and she was referencing to that Kuwaiti students Qatari students and the Nigeria students how unfortunate that she said you’re not welcome here and we came long way from home to learn in the University and to find a place that we can live in I was treated bad away from my family and I came here just to study and have a bright future
So is this the way to deal with ?learners students in hull

I am a student at Hull University, I have called the office many times for different properties to rent but they kept saying that the landlords do not want student, do the landlords even know what's you doing?. I visited the office as I met a member of their staff where she said " Hull doesn't want you ". The worst thing I've ever heard since my arrival in the UK.

I recently rented a property through riverside and throughout my tenancy I always made my rent payments on time and in a months advance. I handed in my notice recently with the 4 weeks agreed notice as in my contract. Upon leaving the property and handing in my keys there was never any mention of money owed and all seemed fine. However, approx 5 days later after handing in my keys I received a phone call saying I owed money to the sum of £1100 (2 months rent). This caused issues in riverside releasing my bond which i had initially paid when moving in to the property. I had to send proof of bank statements and numerous phone calls and emails had to be sent all whilst working due to their own incompetence. Eventually the matter was resolved, they had not allocated the payments correctly which made it appear that I was 2 months behind on the rent account which was simply not true. This caused lots of stress and worry on my part through no fault of my own and I was made to feel like I was in the wrong to the point where I even started to doubt myself even though the transactions were on my bank statements. I’ll never rent a property from riverside again and if anyone does I strongly recommend you get proof of every transaction you ever make to save yourself the time, hassle and stress that they caused me.

Booked appointment for rental/valuation 16:00 8/6/22. Clean house and prepare for photos/take time off work. Gets to 16:30 - ring up. Valuer has gone on long term sick leave apparently. No thought to notify us. Speaks volumes how the business is run. Don't waste your time!

Went to go view a property this morning which had been arranged for around 1 week, we were waiting at the property for the viewing only to call up and be informed that the property had been let and riverside had failed to contact us and inform us of this, so we wasted time and petrol money driving to hessle to be told that we couldn't view the property, dont deal with them unless you want to waste your time!

Used to rent a property trough them and it was a great experience.
All contacts with them were made with ease, followed by immidiate and professional, hassle-free actions in case of any required amendments.
Staff treats you in friendly and very professional manner. They certainly respond to you in good manner by providing very positive references by the end of tenancy. If you are based in area they cover and find yourself in a position when you need to rent - stick to Riverside Property. You will feel very welcomed and will live in a stress free environment while with them!
