A huge thank you, and recognition given to Abby. Her patience and knowledge were great assets in her sales pitch. She took the time to print out information so that the visually impaired lady I care for, was able to be involved in the process. When we attended a viewing she escorted us around the property, pointing out features that may have gone unnoticed otherwise. This is in contrast to other viewings we have attended recently, where we are left to walk around the property, we prefer being guided and feel a more hands on approach is better, in our opinion. Aby is highly recommended by us for her approach to customer service. 5*

I believe that we can all agree that the process of relocating and finding a new place to call home is stressful, time-consuming and tiring. But fortunately, it doesn't always have to be that way. Especially when you are being guided by a skilled Estate Agent.
My experience with finding and securing a home that met my wants, needs, and everything in between through this company has been excellent, and I cannot thank Abigail Clark (aka Abbie) enough for her time and assistance from start to finish.
Abbie is a consummate professional and has been a pleasure to work with. I personally admire how passionate she is about developing her craft and skills to provide the best service possible, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking to find the perfect place to call home.

We couldn't be happier with the service from William H Brown (Willerby) everything was dealt with quickly and we was always kept upto date with everything that was happening. Lucy was very professional when coming to value the house and explained the process to us and how everything would be done. Aimee and Wiktoria were fantastic in dealing with everything to do with viewings and made it all easy for us to do, was kept upto date with everything as it happened and feedback.
We are really happy with the service they provided and we would definitely reccomend them to anyone wanting to sell their home. Thankyou very much Ladies.

Lily dealt with our house rental and what a star she is. She is courteous, friendly, professional and very understanding of your needs. Everytime I left a message she would respond quickly. She made the whole process stress free. Although Lily is relatively young she is incredible at her job. She is definitely an asset to your company.

I have a property that I let in South Cave, I had it on Rightmove but it had received little interest, I really needed an injection of activity, Lily Telford called from WH Brown & I was really impressed by her positive attitude. Lily set to work calling all of her clients that she thought would be interested in my property, she kept me up to date on a daily basis & organised various viewings. To Lily's credit she restored my faith in estate agents with her hard work & excellent customer service. Lily will be a huge asset for WH Brown, in a sector that has a poor reputation for customer satisfaction Lily will provide a positive reflection.
