Not one to ever leave complaints but Poor service.
After purchasing the house I went to pick up the keys and signed a receipt to say I had collected them, only to find that none of the keys let me into the house. When I contacted them they didn't know anything about a second pair of keys and insisted that they had got into the house with the keys they had given me. I got no apology and spoken too as if this was me not unlocking the door properly. After they had contacted the seller they then realised there was another set of keys in the office that they hadn't given me, still got no apology.
There was also a security system in the house which I assumed was disconnected as they had given me no code with the keys and they had not mentioned it at any point whilst buying the property. When I isolated the electrics to do some work on the house the alarm system went off continuously for hours. I rang up the new land avenue estate agents and once again they knew nothing about a code. I was waiting hours whilst they got hold of the seller just for them to give me a code that doesn't work. In the end I had to isolate the electrics to the alarm system and climb on the roof and disconnect the battery from the alarm. Surely these checks should be done first when they are getting the information about the house. The one upside is that I actually got an apology this time, but all in all I am disappointed with the service and would never use this specific branch again.
Very poor customer service, leave potential buyers hanging and you can't hear yourself speak on the telephone with people shouting in the background from the office. Never deal with the same person always have to repeat yourself over and over. I would sell or buy a house through them there customer service is terrible.

It wouldn't give me the option to not leave a star so one will have to do. I have never experience such awful customer service before, i was flabbergasted when i rang to inquire about viewing a property, I left many voicemail's which I never received a call back from, when i finally did get through to someone the viewings was done via the vendor and i was told they would ring me back once spoken to them. 2 days went by and i heard nothing every time i rang up they told me someone would ring me back, i also had a property to sell which they didn't know about at this time. I have since gone on with another agent in the area who are absolutely amazing and customer service is second to none with them. I am still yet to view the house i rang to inquire about 2 weeks ago and no one has yet returned my call. Laughable company would not use to view a house let alone sell one. Someone has missed out on a buyer so shame on this poor company.
