When we bought our house through Beercocks the staff were very pleasant and helpful, you couldn't possibly ask for more.
Very poor customer service, leave potential buyers hanging and you can't hear yourself speak on the telephone with people shouting in the background from the office. Never deal with the same person always have to repeat yourself over and over. I would sell or buy a house through them there customer service is terrible.
I would like to give Beth Ehran, from Reeds Rains Sutton branch, high praise for the excellent service given during a recent property purchase. Beth went the extra mile contacting me immediately to let me know my offer had been accepted and was key to a very quick completion. She contacted the sellers solicitors and ensured the vendor completed all the relevant paperwork in time. There was a problem on the day of completion which without Beth's intervention would have postponed settlement. In addition, rent agreements allready prepared for this and other rental property close to completion.
Professional, helpful service provided. Beth kept me informed at all stages.
As I do not live in Hull Beth held a set of keys to complete viewings and helpfully offered to take final meter readings at the property saving me a trip across the M62.
Well looked after from start to finish. Very helpful with finding out information from chain and solicitors, highly recommend if moving home.
I used this branch to sell our house following a recommendation. They certainly talked the talk until we had signed the contracts. Upon signing the contracts it took nearly 3 weeks to advertise the house, even though we were promised a maximum of 5 days. The first draft of the sales particulars looked as though a 5 year old had drafted it. So we had to write our own. They wouldn’t put on a floor plan unless we paid another £300. Bearing in mind we were already paying them £1800. So we had to draw our own floor plan and send it to them. We stated we wanted a ‘for sale’ sign up but this did not turn up for 5 weeks after at least 4 phone calls. They would not return phone calls. They promised the would get the best price for our house which they didn’t, they strongly advised we accepted the offer we had, as the house market looks to be slowing. Only to find out a couple of weeks before completion that the person buying our house was friends with the estate agent. Very disappointed.
Absolutely amazing, helped us understand everything, always there on the other of the phone great team! Thank you so much David and Hannah I will recommend them to anyone!!!
Had a viewing for a property booked in at 12pm on 4th Jan. called at 11.50 to
Confirm property number to be told it had already been sold and they had called people to inform them. They didn’t call me and wasted my time! Bad attitude, Timewasters. Avoid
Me and my partner were looking to move into our first house together and were cautious/nervous about the process as we were not familiar with it. The service provided by the agent, Amber Freeman, was very insightful and she answered all our questions with good detail and was very informative. She scheduled to show us the house when it was best for us which was very helpful and she relayed all the concerns we had with the landlord and gave us feedback from the landlords very quickly and efficiently.
Rubbish letting agent doesn't do repairs. The girl on reception has no manners talks down to everyone really rude Warning to you all my daughter was renting a house with them for 3 years Oscars let her live in a disgusting house which needed lots of repairs. No smoke alarm we was always asking them to mend doors. The windows had big gaps. door never locked. Mice every where. Kitchen falling to bits. 500 pound a month she paid with 4 children under 6. And she worked.. Disgusting letting agent not helpful the girl who answers the phone thinks she's the manager she's a complete joke. .
