So far so good ???? I am their tenant from today officially And Hold the Lovely house keys. Very quick and responsive service, my request was from about week ago and I am with keys already, no delays or unclear respond from their side. All been going quite professional and will no hesitate to use their service in a future purposes again. 5 stars to Bob who was in touch with me through the process and keeping me updated and happy. Absolutely awful company, I rent an apartment from these and the place is infested with black mould, heating hasn't worked for apparently years and trying to get a simple answer out of the agents is an utter joke, even when we have asked them to contact the landlord of the place they take literal weeks to do anything about it, me and my partner have actually become very ill from this place and I recommend anybody looking to rent somewhere to avoid this company at all costs.... Enquired about a property within an hour of the board going up. Was told no viewings available for 5 days due to work being done, and that I was first to view it. Wasn't allowed to put an application in without a viewing. I was contacted an hour before my viewing to cancel as the property already had an application on it and the deposit had been paid.... Complete waste of time and liars.... Read more

Had a terrible experience with Ro Estates. They wouldn't accept my drivers licence as a valid form of id which is not correct. They took our application money but have now let the house to someone else because we have to give a months notice to our current landlord. They were difficult from start to finish, telling me the house wasnt available for two weeks to view when in fact it was and they were letting other people view it. Do not bother with these people.... Read more

Had a great experience with Ro Estates, I was worried after reading horror stories and bad reviews about going through a letting agent. most people tend to say that nothing gets done, there told lies and the service is bad with all the big corporate company's, because they just don't care but my experience with Ro Estates was easy going, the service was great, Bob & Co were very helpful.
