I terminated the contract with Berrimans due to receiving an EXTREMELY unprofessional email from Mel which included phrases such as “whether you like it or not” , and another which openly said that we were wasting their time.

A very efficient estate agent who are excellent at achieving a sale in a very short time at the asking price. Would of liked them to accompany at least sone of the viewings as this part was quite overwhelming.
