Brilliant service , straight and honest would highly recommend .
After a nightmare selling my own house through Shipways and buying through purple bricks last year I was determined to get better service when it was time to sell my dads house . We had 3 different valuations and Giles came out from billingham Taylor . He gave what turned out to be a very accurate valuation and quoted the cheapest fees . The other 2 overvalued the property. We didn’t need to sell straight away however and I can safely say I wasn’t constantly bombarded with sales calls after the valuation as I was with the other two agents who came out. The process of listing the house was very quick and easy compared to my previous experience with Shipways where we were waiting 10 days to go live. As soon as Jamie came out to take the details it was live that day . All our viewings were managed by billingham Taylor and I was always aware when a viewing was taking place . It sold within a week , quicker than my own house actually made it to market !! Jamie managed things after the offer was made and I was always kept well informed every step of the way . They made it as stress free as selling a house can be . Honestly can’t recommend them highly enough .
Very terrible experience with this agency. No respect to potential tenant. During viewing I was asked to remove shoes, which I find logical since I am not walking around my own house with shoes on and I understand that landlord might not want dirt from outside in his/hers property. However property was just finished and floor was full of post construction dust. Lady from this letting agency was already provided with shoe covers, while my socks were collecting all this dust just to dirty my shoes inside. When I have decided to apply to a property, they have kept me disinformed whether or not I can move in, made qualifying tournament type situation treating this like some kind of free of charge reward to the chosen one lucky to live in such property. Later on nobody bothered to contact me on time that was given to me as time of decision whether I qualified or not. The lady that I was taken "care" of had some sort forced politeness and very negative body language. Next week from appointed time I was contacted by a gentleman who stated that I did not qualify providing no reason. The thing I wonder now is whether this situation with decision and attitude was because I am foreign. I would like to also point that I did not even qualify to referencing stage so I can't even tell what was wrong with me. Was it my name? Last name? Date of Birth? Nationality? It felt like I was too primitive foreigner to live in their "modern residence", and kept me as reserve in case nobody worthy would appear.
Extremely unprofessional .. Wouldn't do a proper due diligence . I lost 2 properties rentals. One for over one year due to a bad tenant. I had to attend eviction and court procedures. The other property , they can't find the tenant after handing over and I am yet to claim the property back following the same procedure. Might take Another 6 months to claim my property.no professionalism or ethical handling of clients. Hidden management fees and tax return fees even if you don't request. They wouldn't reply emails as well. I would never recommend Connells.
I used Your Move Dudley and they were really good. We had 14 showings in 2 weeks and sold to one of those people. All of the staff were friendly and kept me in the loop. Tony was very helpful and when the solicitors did not respond or I felt "dragging their feet" he intervened swiftly, he even spoke to estate agents up and down the chain go keep things moving. I would highly recommend 5*
I would not recommend this company to buyers or sellers.
Bad service, lie all the time and waste your time.
Buyers and sellers automatically give their conveyancing work to their "Family" solicitors.
Conveyancing from Your Move has a badly selected property lawyers, and solicitors with will slowing down everything.
They do not care to push forward anything.
Please, avoid using Your Move and solicitors from "Conveyancing"
This is joke :)
