Poor experience. Rude, and unprofessional on the phone. No attempt to clarify my position, after requesting a call, they were combative and even when I clarified my position there was no attempt to offer a viewing or deescalate the situation. Shame as I had heard good things.

Cannot thank Howard & Jon enough for their support throughout the process of purchasing our first home. It can be daunting, especially as first time buyers however we were able to call Howard & Jon for updates throughout the conveyancing process which was really helpful. Genuine people who are there for both the seller & buyer. Thank you again!

Excellent service from start to finish. Howard and the team guided us through the process of selling Mum's house clearly, concisely and efficiently, keeping us up to date with progress right up until the keys were handed over. Would not hesitate to recommend Steventons.

Would not recommend. Extremely rude on the phone. I have dealt with most high street estate agents and have never spoken to anyone so rude, wow.

So far no body knows anything about the property advertised. Have had to call numerous times to be told someone will call me back. Being told I was called I found was very confrontational. Let's see if they actually call me back today or if viewing actually happens. Not happy with service so far. A shame really as many people have left such good reviews.

From start to finish Jon, Howard and Michelle provided a first class service. Jon really went the extra mile to sort out issues further up the chain, he and all the team were really responsive, kept us fully informed with all developments and offered great advice every step of the way. If you are thinking of selling your house, then definitely appoint Steventon Estate Agents.

Have only one dealing with them but not happy with the process they have.
1. First of all no messages of booked viewing. I have to just search online to find the house number.
2. Initial there was no confirmation of offer but eventually you get in mobile message.
3. Gave offer on a property which had few offer and I increased the offer by substantial amount from the asking price to which they were surprized. Eventually I got the message later that they have offer it to someone else but not sure if beaten on price.
I also felt the process was partial as max offers are disclosed to some parties. This is just my feeling. This is my feedback provided that I am not buying for first time.

If i could give a zero star this Estate Agent would get it.
First dealing they sold house we had offered on to somebody else.
Second dealing they gave us zero good sales leads. We had a bunch of time wasters not properly qualified through the doors. Could not believe that I let Steventon waste our time with this poor service.
Third dealing. They took names for potential viewings on a property they were selling. Just seen house has been sold. Not even a word from Steventon to view or rejected a propective offer we had made.
Adivsed by friends and family that Steventon prefer to focus on their higher end properties.
Although they may have an established reputation, our dealings with thisa company failed in every senses.
Would say that Howard based at their Compton branch was very good at his job and very knowledgable.
I will update this review if any future dealing change my view. I know that selling a house can be stressful and have a right to be offended by the sevice (or lack thereof).
