Rogers & Partners have been managing our three rental properties for the last 7-8 years. Their customer service is outstanding, always responding very quickly, dealing with any issues raised by myself or tenants with fairness and pragmatism. As a Landlord, they make my life SO easy, always sending me timely reminders for certification etc, and Andy Strevens & the rest of the team are always easily available to chat through any issues.

Very disappointed from this agency
All agency’s in uk are not wanted to give homes to the Indians and I don’t know what is the reason behind it we Indians especially Kerala people are more care for the houses and trying to keep our premises neat and tidy always if 1 person has done anything wrong don’t put it in action to others .this is very disgusting .and more over if child is there no one should approach this agency because ur going to loose ur time . Seriously they will not give homes and they will make some excuses very bad service .and wanted to tell more but this page is not enough for that .

Left us with a whole in our kitchen and lounge roof with water pouring in, they let people smoke inside the buildings and also let tenants grow drugs and cannabis in Croft House - Aldridge.

I first used Rogers & Partners when they were on Robin Hood Island 15-20 years ago and still use them today. I deal with Christine who provides a first class service and is always very helpful and approachable. She also deals with any maintenance or tenant issues in a caring and efficient manner. - Just very good!!

Always goes above and beyond, even attending on site while drainage work was being carried out for one of my tenants to check things were running smoothly. Highly recommended as Letting agents.

Been renting for several years through this agency, and I'm so glad we did.
We haven't had many problems at the bungalow but the couple of things that have gone wrong have been sorted so quickly.

Poor communication in my opinion, i enquired about a property to which they asked me when I could view. I explained I would have a guarantor, and be living there on my own. They then replied quite abrupt stating please answer my question regarding dates I am available. So I copied and pasted the same message to which they said no sorry we don’t do this. There was a few back and forth messages after but all the information I provided in my initial contact. Therefore wasting a reasonable amount of time. I found them to either be not reading my emails properly or just being quite rude.

I have used this company for managing my place for over 13 years and have never had an issue with them or tenants they placed....great and prompt service. Phone picked up promptly and emails replied to fast.
Unfortunately we decided to sell up and used Roger's as selling agent. Like most posters here, we found Christine,Andrew and the team to be brilliant and going beyond normal expected service to support us through a difficult sale (nothing to do with them). Pretty sure it would have not gone through without her pushing both sets of of solicitors.
I would happily recommend for letting agents and selling.

I was very happy with my initial contact and arrangements to view. It was ideal, so put my application forward, though I'm realistic that my circumstances may not be favourable compared to other applicants.
I did check back with the office to find out if a decision had been made a week after viewing to be advised there was still time remaining for decision making but was promised an update on the final outcome.
I am still waiting, so don't know if there is a delay due to personal reasons for landlord or if I've been overlooked and, like other agents, am just left wondering. Good manners, surely, would be to apologise if there are delays or to simply say I hadn't been selected. It's like being abandoned after a flurry of initial contact, viewing & applying. Left feeling disappointed now at silence

I have never dealt with people who are prepared to leave a property vacant for over two weeks.
I applied for a property at their office and was told I would be contacted.
Three days later I was contacted and was told I could not view untill 5 days later.
I told them I would take the property anyway based on the video they sent me and told them I would pay three months in advance. They refused this offer .
I had to cancel the first viewing date due to work work commitments but made another appointment another 8ays later but was contacted 1 day prior only to be told the room had been let.
These people cost me so much in Hotel bills, waiting to get this room
They are totally irresponsible, unreliable and their communication and management skills are totally unaceptable

Rated without comment but in reply to calling me spiteful - very professional might I add. This is based on my experience not your opinion. I am a tenant of three years now so I am well within my right to rate the service I have recieved from staff. If your staff replyed to tenants as quick as the replys to the reviews that would be a start. I have asked for Andrew to contact me via phone, so untill then.

Rented with rogers for just under a year now and they've been superb. Always responded quickly and professionally. Maintenance issues have always been resolved quickly too, which the landlord can also be praised for. Our application process was easy and painless! We recently handed in our notice due to needing an extra room but again they've been responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend renting with rogers and partners!

Me and my husband wanted to apply for a rented property on school road. We did the paper work and gave our fees. They kept making ridiculous excuses and made us wait for 2 weeks and replied saying the landlord ain't happy for us to rent the property. And that property is still on rent. We had to call in so many times it was unbelievable.

Please check lease details of property in Wednesbury.. if you've made an offer. Building society refused my mortgage because lease was dodgy. I just lost £1200 and still homeless!! Be very careful.

Rogers & Partners have let and managed my properties for many years now. As I live abroad I need to be sure my properties are properly looked after and I am very happy with the service I receive. They are not aloof like so many estate agents, they don't make stealthy charges - just those I expect, and I would recommend them to any landlord needing a professional agent.

Very dodgy, It feels like they are using properties to generate fees from applicants, be careful handing them money, they are very eager to get your cash.
