We dealt mainly with Amelia when purchasing our new house, She kept us well informed throughout the whole process, was always pleasant and professional. If I had any questions and I couldn't get in touch ,She always phoned back when she said she would ,if our experience is anything to go by i would have no problem recommending Amelia and the rest of the team. Tim Drake explained everything clearly to us and then passed us into Alena Novotna, at wednesfield branch, very capable hands. Alena promptly got viewing booked in and within days we accepted an offer. Alena then carried us 11 weeks to complete paper work ,coordinating with solicitors to then exchange and completed. Alena has been thorough and supportive and kept us informed the whole time. I would highly recommend this estate agents.

From the outset, Gags took the time to explain everything in clear, straightforward terms, making what can often be a complicated process easy to understand. He carefully talked me through all the available options, including when and how to sell and provided a realistic and honest valuation of my property based on current market conditions. What really stood out was his professionalism, expertise and extensive knowledge of the property market. His wealth of experience was evident throughout our conversation and it was reassuring to know that he has strong connections within the wider industry. Gags was friendly, approachable, calm and genuinely listened to my circumstances. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt he was representing my interests as an individual and helping me make the right decision for my situation, rather than focusing on just selling. 12th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I have spent months looking for properties to rent and came across Dixons, within a week we have been closer to getting into a property than I have dealing with any other agents first impression is that they won’t set you up to fail. I can only speak on the member of staff that dealt with me. Teyneil has been great she kept in contact with me throughout the process, maintained a good relationship and is very quick at her job. No complaints from me- 13th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)The team at Bartlams were really helpful with us throughout the sale of our house, even when there were long delays in the process due to issues with the purchase of our new house. Jodie looked after the sale towards the end and kept us up-to-date on progress. She was quick to respond to queries and was just generally very helpful. I predominantly spoke to Kelly who was so friendly and had excellent communication. If/when I next move I will definitely aim to go with Peter James again!

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. Oliver was extremely professional throughout the selling process and it was clear he had a sound marketing plan to ensure a swift sale. His plans worked well and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slade Property and just know that if you use them you will get a professional service at a reasonable cost with excellent communication throughout the selling process.
