Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

They helped a lot with corresponding with solicitors to make sure the process went smoothly. In particular Jackie was very helpful throughout the process
7th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Run! This is the worst agency ever! Totally don't recommend it. When I moved in the house had a bug infestation that they've refused to deal with. When I moved out one of them called and asked for the keys back earlier because they didn't want me to have access to the property anymore. Then when I've asked to receive proof that I've moved out earlier, they said I was still responsible till the end of the contract. Awful experience, I'll never use it again. Don't know if all of them are like that but the Perton one, including management team are the worst agents.- 16th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Great experience with Your Move in selling my property. They were prompt and helpful with their support at the start of the process, and kept me informed and consulted throughout what was a challenging period to be a seller. Particular shout outs to Laura and Tammie, for whom nothing was too much trouble and they were always positive. Would definitely use Your Move again in future.

The house itself is perfect for my needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. 2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Extremely disappointing and deceiving. I travelled all the way from Manchester for a viewing in Birmingham and the house wasn’t the one they showed me on Rightmove. The person was really sweet and warm but it pissed me off that they cheated me like that, I would’ve appreciated if they would’ve let me know that it was taken when I messaged them all the details as soon as it came up. They even told me we’ll let you know when the viewing starts so you’ll be in queue. Horrible never going to Genie homes.

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
