The process of selling, was more stressful (as to be expected) however Bartlams were proactive at answering any queries we had. My wife and I met with Craig from Bartlams recently for a late afternoon viewing at a property in Wolverhampton which was on the market to let. We had already viewed three other properties through different letting agents, and compared to those others the service and professionalism we received from Craig was outstanding. It was clear from the outset he had an in-depth knowledge of the property and its history and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. After we had finished looking around we decided there and then that we would apply for the property, not only because it was perfect for us, but we got the impression from Craig that he and the staff at Bartlams build up good relationships with both their tenants and landlords alike, and we felt that should any problems arise in the future we would be confident they would be resolved skilfully and professionally. They are a real pleasure to deal with and so efficient, whether it be finding a tenant, making sure the properties are well maintained or keeping on top of the paper work.
