It also has to be noted that the whole team at Thomas Harvey went above and beyond in terms of professional service and attention to detail. We have recently both sold our home and bought a new one both through Thomas Harvey. Alex was incredible from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he was incredible at handling and pushing forward quite a tricky chain! Ellie and Claudia in the office were very helpful and friendly, and they did all they could to help with my enquiries if Alex was unavailable. As I don't live in the area I looked for an estate agent who would be able to deal with every eventuality, calmly and professionally. I certainly found it with Thomas Harvey Estate Agents and Valuers. I cannot recommend the whole team enough. Olivia was my contact and it was lovely to be able to pick up where you left off and not have to start from the beginning again. Everyone was brilliant. Throughout a protracted sale they have always been willing to listen and advise and at times kept me calm. I was kept updated at every stage. They even organised a house clearance, the removing of an old wasps nest and even read the meters when the sale was completed. What more could you wish for? You're a credit to the industry. My wife and I have recently completed the sale of our home , with the help of Thomas Harvey. However at the start of our 'journey' we investigated the services of a number of estate agents in Tettenhall. It soon became obvious that Harveys were head and shoulders above the other 3 agents that we had meetings with. The first thing that impressed us was their professionalism and approachability, the conversations we had with them wasn't filled with how they were the best, but simply how they could meet our needs, after talking to us about what we wanted from an agent. Some of the agents we investigated created the feeling that it was all about them, and as such the we felt that as prospective customers really, it was about us! After listening to our requirements Harveys presented a plan on how they would market our property and how each member of their team would contribute towards a common goal of achieving a sale . At this point over the weeks they communicated with us and indeed to prospective buyers. The professionalism of all the team was very much in evidence, they talked with you, and not at you, as some agents had done on our initial agents investigation. Forget the glitz, the magazines, etc these people hold your hand and seek to turn potential into actual!
